I’m here on a weekly basis for breakfast and sometimes lunch. The staff is super friendly, they rarely if ever make a mistake in the order and they are efficient. You never feel like you’re waiting longer than necessary for food and the quality of service is top notch!
Adjusted my rating to 5.I have visited this location many times over the years and have worked nearby for the past 2 years. This location used to be one of my least favorite Chik fil a restaurants. I would often (1 in 4 visits approx) not get straws for my drink, no sauces, or my order would be incorrect or not fresh. This of course is in relation to other Chik fil a locations such as South Riding and Warrenton which I also frequented and had near flawless experiences at. (Maybe 1 issue in 20-30 visits)However, the past 6 months or so I have noticed a significant improvement in this location. I am not sure if new policies were implemented or new staff was hired, but my drive thru experiences have definitely been 5 star recently. My past 10-20 visits have all been a good experience with me visiting an average of once per week. *Note my usual visits were between 1 and 3 pm.
i made a special request that every single other chick fil a i have been to has been able to understand and grant me, but at this location the person on the speaker just cut me off mid sentence with an immediate “no”. i’m not mad that they didn’t make my special request, but the way the person didn’t even let me finish speaking or try to understand was a little frustrating
Love there biscuits. They have great breakfast sandwiches. I have not ordered any other sandwiches but always go for breakfast at least once a week. Great service and staff.
Great service compared to many other Chic-Fil-A's i've been to when the drive-thru is busy the curbside never slacks to completely and correctly deliver my order to me in my vehicle.
Always a great experience. Very consistent. Fresh food and friendly staff. This is my favorite Chic-fil-a!
They're very quick here and very nice! no matter how long the line is, you get your food within 10 minutes!
Ample parking. Walked in, ordered and waited less than 5 mins and left with our order. Exactly what one would expect when ordering from CFA.. Perfect experience.
Seriously amazing food. Only downside is that whenever I ask for extra salad sauces I never get them, even after asking them twice to make sure they’ve given it. Anyways, other than that the food is top notch.
mane we pulled up on the late night. Let me tell you Jefferson & the gang held it down. My tummy has never encountered a more beautiful Buffalo sauce. Give Jefferson a raise for the guys. #FREEMELLY
