I would like to thank our lord and savior for closing this horrendous restaurant on Sundays (the only time I ever want it). The chicken here is possessed so really when you eat this chicken, you are digesting the devil and sending the devil out of your behind (I am sorry to talk about such matters in so much detail). God help those who help themselves; specifically those who don't eat this unholy poultry. God bless everyone ?
I wish I could give more stars!I was having the worst day ever today, and Marvin, the manager, went above and beyond to make my day better!I couldn't believe how helpful and respectful he was on the phone, even close to the end of his shift, and he stayed at the restaurant to greet me! Not only that, but when I picked up my online order there, he communicated clearly with me when it would be ready.Marvin is one of the most professional managers I've met at a restaurant in a looong time, and he provided excellent customer service!Chikfila Corporate, I highly recommend you give this manager a raise!
Yesterday I had the displeasure of meeting the owner of this establishment. He was loud, obnoxious, and passive aggressive. I was trying to place my order and he was so loud talking to employees that I could not even hear myself talking. When I politely suggested he was being loud, he sarcastically said “thank you” and continued to be loud. He even let out a very loud “whoop” demonstrating just how passive aggressive and childish he could be. I have been coming to this chik -fil-a almost every morning for breakfast even though the location is awful and the parking lot is the worst configuration I’ve seen. After this episode, they have permanently lost my business. I’m sure one lost customer won’t matter but I’m unwilling to give my money to such an a- - hole!
Love the breakfast biscuit sandwiches. Had the new bbq chicken bacon sandwich and it is a awesome sandwiches. Mac and cheese is real good too. Someone told me the Cobb salad with avocado lime dressing is great, that will be my next try. Great service and staff is awesome.
Excellent customer service. Went to pick up some food by the drive thru and the young guy outside was by himself while the temperature was freezing. Management please check drive thru protocols so kids don't suffer in the cold weather.
Worst service! Drive thru took 15+ minutes to get thru. Very rude cashier at window. Felt like I was at Wendy's! Chick-fil-A, you've lost a customer.
Parking lot a bit tough to navigate because of the line for drive through but apart from that, food, service, cleanliness were all good!
Second best Chick-fil-A I’ve been to in the DMV, this Chick-fil-A also needs to be an example for other restaurants. The service was great and the employees were respectful and kind. The food was delicious and fresh!
I absolutely love this place good manners and a good personality seems to be included in the job description. I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A and whenever I see one I have to make a stop no matter where I am and yes I know employees are encouraged to say certain things but this place is a great example of is not what you say but how you say it.
Consistently good food and service, very rarely a mistake in ordering. Great ice tea, and the chicken is always delicious.
