They didn’t have the dressings labeled properly and wound up messing up my lunch. I got it to go, so when I realized this, it was too late.I called to say something, but hay didn’t go to well either. I think it’s a language barrier.
One of my go to spots in the area. Food is always consistent and delicious.Today was the cherry on top though. I forgot my wallet and went to pay with my phone, but the machine was broken. I felt bad and said i would pay via the app which I usually use for online orders, but the staff told me not to worry about it and were nice enough to comp my meal! It wasn’t even an inconvenience in my opinion (I was the idiot who didn’t bring his wallet), but this location truly knows customer service! I’ll definitely continue coming back! Cava rocks.
I ate here today (and many times before) but I had a family emergency where I needed help in the moment. The staff here was SO kind. Honestly, so incredible and I felt so taken care of (besides the delicious food!) I will continue to come here! Best service ??
Love this place! Plenty of room to eat outside, nice atmosphere! Food is fresh and delicious. Great customer service. I tried to leave a tip bit they don't accept tips ??♀️ Definitely one of my stops whenever I'm in Fairfax!
Fresh, fast, efficient & friendly service. Like a Chipotle but with Mediterranean food. Would definitely go back.
The vegetables were good but I didn't like cold rice and falafel in my bowl.

Customer service is aweful. I just had a cashier talk down to me because I asked for dressing. They need customer service lessons from Chick-fil-A.
I know that with only the photograph that I am sending you will realize the attention and service that they gave me in this Cava, but I do not know if I was lucky or all the employees are like this, but Rosa, the girl who attended me, was from The best, very kind and did everything possible to satisfy me, and I was going very fast because I was coming from work and going home and I do not regret having gone to this place because I have eaten so delicious and I have been so happy with the attention de Rosa, that this Cava Restaurant will become my favorite. Thank you Cava de Kamp Washington Center in Fairfax VA for such excellent service, for such delicious food and for having Rosa as a member of her team Thank you
My friend and I have been coming here for the past month and a half after attending our classes.(Regularly coming in about twice a week) The first few times we came here, the portions were great and the food was great. The food is still good but the workers became EXTREMELY stingy with portions. At this point its insulting especially when the person behind you asks for the exact same thing as you and is given more without having to ask for extra. Today was the final straw as my friend got half chicken and half braised lamb. As usual the server was extremely stingy when she asked her to add more of the chicken and lamb she gave her literal threads of the lamb and 5 pieces of chicken. How she did that with a straight face, idk?Along with being stingy in the proteins section they are stingy with the toppings too. Too many time I've seen the servers give heaping portions of the toppings to online orders and in-person orders but when they get to us, all of a suddenly there is a restriction on how much they can give you.Hate to be this person but, I'm starting to think its discrimination at this point, as there is zero reason my friend and I are consistently given toddler portions and customers both in front and behind us are given generous king sized ones.There have also been many times I have felt rushed when ordering, I understand rushing when there is multiple people in line, but the times this has happened my friend and I were the only ones in line.Highly suggest you go to other CAVA locations in the DMV as they give better portion sizes and you get your money's worth.P.S. The saffron rice needs to be renamed to white rice as the is NO trace of saffron being in it. Saffron rice is a yellow-orange color not bone white.
