As a huge cava fan i am extremely disappointed the food as stale and cold. no flavor i eat at pretty every cava around the dmv area as i am driver so i go all over and cava is my go to meal. I will not be returning to this loaction. My money was wasted here.
I am inexperienced in on line ordering and ordered for Fairfax instead of Gainesville. Manuel at Cava Fairfax with some difficulty changed the order for me. Thank you Manuel -Cava has an exceptional employee!
This CAVA needs training on just-in-time delivery of the Harissa Honey chick'n! Either that, or some better data science to gauge demand, so customers aren't standing around waiting for their PITA.
Really great food. Service fantastic. Look at menu before you arrive. You line up at counter and make it as you go. It helps to know what/how before you arrive. The pita chips and hummus are put of this world. The beverage selection is amazing. The juice bar is second to none. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. I'll definitely be back.
I love Cava; however, I will never again order for pickup. On Monday, I placed an onlne order for a 1:30pm pickup. According to my receipt, my order was filled at @11:52am and then placed on an unrefrigerated shelf. When I arrived at 1:35 I picked up my order. Upon openingthe my bowl 5 minutes later these are the first things I noticed:Warm tahini dressingWilted warm lettuceTepid meatballsTo say I was disappointed is an understatement as I felt unable to safely eat my lunch. As I wrote, I love Cava. Perhaps if the order had either been made at 1:15pm or had been refrigerated, I would have enjoyed the bowl.Hopefully this will be read and a better online prep system will be initiated.
So disrespectful to elders. She charges you but doesn't give you time to choose what you want. Rolls her eyes when you ask for information about the trash they serve.The lamb smelled so bad. The olives were just salt in form of olive. They keep you waiting but they don't wait for you to choose.
Always has great service and food. The food is fast and pretty healthy. A good option for lunch and dinner. The staff there are friendly and super helpful.
We come here only because it's the closest Cava to us. However, there's a huge difference in quantity when we dine in vs when ordering ahead for pickup. The portions for pickup are quite sad. Not to mention, I always select to utilize a bag and yet, the food is never in a bag and we have to always ask once we're there. Stingy!Lastly - more often than not, the salad leaves tend to be bruised/not as fresh as other locations.
Today I went to eat at this place and the people was amazing,great customer service and good food and also great portions on the food plus the staff was very friendly and chill even it was my fist time waiting there✨
