30 minutes after seen the $5.00 dollar deal tv commercial I went to this location. After asking for it they kept in silence a few seconds, then they said said we don't have that. We told them we just saw the ad, and they said maybe it's expired.Unbelievable! they don't know what they are selling. From planning to spend $15.oo I ended up spending 25.oo and one Whopper with a pound of mayo. The guy was rude a made us feel uncomfortable.Burger King maybe you should spend more money in giving a good train to your employees rather than spending on tv commercials. The same way I felt in Chantilly's location (they closed). I wonder why.
Burgers are good with that grilled taste, pricey. Two bacon, cheese, doubled with fries and drink, 24.00. But, hadn't eaten there in ages. Service was good, no one was in the place around 11:30. Fries stayed hot and great!
The King is Back! ?. I went to another Burger King a month or so ago to my surprise it was like wow it's back to original flame grill juicy again?! Decided to try another location and by God they are back to the way their burgers use to be! Fries still eh but the best drive thru burgers out there.
Same old mediocre food. Old bun and food not hot.
Usually it's my favorite burger place but customer service was horrible. At fault a manager. Over changing my soda.
The manager decides some days to have the indoor dining open some days closed without any notice on the door. Who runs a business like that. Not going there anymore. Hard to complain about service when there is no service.
Went through the drive-thru and food was hot, fresh and quick. I got the original sandwich and it was moist and the roll was fresh

When your online ordering process breaks down and your app says it is malfunctioning and it’s being worked on, as a company you empower your managers to fix it for the customer. Otherwise the “deal” that you offered is basically an insult and does the opposite of the purpose of having a deal. And even if this is companywide, this manager should jumped in instead of letting this teenager treat a customer so poorly. Not coming back.
