this has got to be the worse place I have ever been. I waited at least 10 minutes to be asked if I could be helped, ordered a beer and a to go order, waited another 40 minutes to be told it was coming up, asked to speak with a manager, Lawrence, told it would be another 10 minutes to speak with a manager. There was a total of 3 tables and 3 other people at the bar. When I got home, literally 2 minutes away, my food was cold. this place is aweful.

#Update June 6th, 2022 “D-Day Remembrance”. Served up good and well by Slick & Happenin’ Jake (Maverick should take note, eh?). Hostess so busy yet also smiling on a nice sunny day, important for me on a much needed repast moment post the 2hr Xsport-boxing ? workout. Burger tightly cooked, stacked on crisp toasty bun and set well, with fresh lettuce pickles and finely grilled/glazed onions. Great overall bargain meal with fountain drink for a flat $10 (though my fries a bit over-salted, no biggie). Mi Contessa luv’s the bone-in wings and left today a happy camper as usual. [Geese outside the entrance as we left approached her and greeted the happy camper also. Go figure!] ???Not usually a B-Dubs bro, but seeing as Xsport Gym next parking lot over is one of me & my family’s main training spreads, the quick chance this evening to sport Mi Contessa for pre-Mother’s Day buffalo wings and watch some UFC was a keen invite just slightly beyond the flaccidly advancing juggernaut of pained fate. Unexpected, and as of yet unredeemed. The wings were good, crisp on the outside, and not overdone. Evenly cooked. The buffalo sauce dripping, yet not at all watery, a thick malaise of flavor from the secret seasonings mix only BWW insiders have access to. The (“house”, meaning “short”) margarita along with it? A genuinely fine & potent cocktail that rarely is found in chain restaurants, and at $8 was the slapshot-steal of the night (NHL playoffs on!). Not sure the price we paid for a glass of soda water (me, on the wagon… or is it off the wagon???) was justifiable. The Cool Cat punk-host upon entering got us seated quick, blessedly so given the plethora of sports adorning the TV’s and multitudes of patrons all happily in tuned and ensconced — TV’s covering every square inch of overhead space, all viewable from every angle. Niiiice! Ironically, you might catch that host-kid tomorrow morning at a Starbucks near you (my feeble-minded hunch…). Yup.Me being older than the general local youth frequenting this evening, the gentle staid didn’t stay long. A laughable experience on many misunderstood levels… and… yet… to quote the Latin firmly: “Quid rides? Mutato nomine, de te fabula narratur!” [Ovid “Dias”, c.f. “An Oratory on Marcus Tullius Cicero”]? ? ⚔️ ? ? ?

This Whole experience could’ve been avoided if We were simply told on arrival “hi, we are understaffed or very busy, so waiting times are going to be extra long tonight” We waited 34 minutes to get seated when they told me 15, and I was told my table was ready at 20. We sat at this table for another 30 minutes before even being approached by a server for our drink orders, after being told by multiple staff when we asked them that they would be there in a moment. Drinks take another easily 20 minutes to come to the table. I watch our server pass through doing absolutely nothing and chatting with other staff members dozens of times. Seeing me, and consciously ignoring me. We finally get our drinks, and it’s another 30 minute wait for our set of wings to make it to us. The wings were barely even warm anymore, and the sauce spread was embarrassingly small if I’m being generous. We wait another 20 minutes before I finally get fed up and track down my server, hand them my card, and ask for a box. The best I got from anyone in response to this situation was “we appreciate your patience tonight” no apologies, and again, no warnings. Had I been told I would be here longer than an hour I wouldn’t have even bothered. But instead I was there for over 2 hours in a half empty restaurant, being actively ignored. BWW has always been slow for me regardless of the location, but this was astonishing. Don’t waste your time here, I beg of you.

Can't say I enjoyed my dining experience here as much as I thought I would, but here it goes. I went here on a Thursday night for their Thursday promotion they had going on (BOGO Boneless Wings) and it's sad to say,I didn't enjoy it as much. I went here with a friend and since it was BOGO Thursday, I had 10 wings and my friend had the other 10.The Food: For the wings, I would say they were decently sized, I expected them to be much smaller, so that definitely is a big +1 for them! However, I ordered two flavors for my half, and my friend ordered two flavors for his half. When we got our order, there were only two flavors and one of them wasn't even what we ordered. Even though it was wrong, the flavor was still good. The Service: When we went into the restaurant, it wasn't busy, but we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated since there were only two waiters/waitresses working the floor. The waitress that took our order got everything correct, since we saw our flavors we ordered on the receipt. It was just the kitchen staff that got the flavors for our order wrong, which I don't get how since it's printed out. The waitress was nice though, so no complaints on the waiting. Just the kitchen.Overall, 2/5. Can't say much more than that.

We got 20 wings with two different sauces. The original buffalo was great, the other was a dry rub, not as good as wet. The beers were cold and a good price. I want to add that our server Christine was wonderful. She gave us good advice was chatty and we enjoyed our time with her.

We went right at opening, 1100. We were eating before a CSA show. The waitress quickly took our order and we reminded her of the split tickets, adult and one child per. Took us thirty minutes to get two orders of wings, the other two orders took an hour to get. When we received the tickets, the waitress mixed up the orders on the tickets as well. The place only had four tables of customers. Horrible.

I have tried to order take out a total of 3 times at this location. The first two times, I never received my food. They had back orders and each of those times, it took more than an 1.5 additional hours..eventually, I gave up, so I cannot give a review on the food. I do feel badly for the workers, as both times, they said they only had one cook and just could get the food out (though I was thoroughly frustrated because had to make different dinner plans last minute both times). I thought I would give this place one more chance. The third time around, we eventually got our food, but it was seriously delayed again. Was told that the food would be ready at 6:20pm. I arrived to a completely empty restaurant. I was never greeted, so after 15 minutes I asked if someone could help me. I was given the same excuse that they only had one cook and they were delayed. I waited about an hour and eventually got my food. During the hour that I waited, I watched the host (though he seemed to go back and forth from the kitchen) turn away customers coming in for dine in. The food was fine, but NOT worth the hassle of trying to get it after a 3rd try. In Texas, I would frequent BWW just about weekly with friends..so was looking forward to picking up the tradition since moving to NOVA. Sadly, I will not be returning to this location again. This location has serious process issues.

The food was consistent and decent in flavor and staff was very kind, however the service was exceptionally slow. But it was not at the fault of the service staff. There just was not enough staff to handle all the orders at the time. But the staff definitely need more help on busy nights.

The servers were really sweet and kind! Felt bad because you can tell they were extremely short staffed but they still pulled through and were positive! One bad thing, the food came out cold but it seemed like they were having issues in the kitchen so I did not want to bother! The food wasn’t great but I just needed to mention what good workers the servers are!

They ALWAYS get my delivery order wrong. Items missing, and I still get charged. Not just wrong items. But MISSING. And they still charge you!! When you call the store, they say they can’t issue a refund because I ordered online. When I contact them online, I get no response. This is the THIRD time. This is CRIMINAL.
