First time visiting yesterday. Amazing food and our server was fabulous. Was a perfect spot forour famiky dinner. Will definitely be back next time we visit the US
Always a great meal. The service is always on point too!
Always delicious food and friendly service!! We used to live in the area and now live in PA, and still come down for dinner every now and then!! ?
Artie's is a large fine dining restaurant that serves standard American dishes in a shopping center. It is one of the older members of the local collection of restaurants under the Great American banner which are known for their upscale sit down dining experiences and impeccably trained staff. Artie's has an enormous and separate bar area where they will serve you their full menu. Parking is no problem, but this is a popular place, especially on weekends, so you might have to wait quite awhile if you don't have a reservation and they are busy. All of the Great American restaurants are popular.I often find the place to be a little dark, crowded, and louder than I prefer. The breads they serve with meals are very good and varied. The menu is somewhat traditional American fare. The portions are generous. The price for the quality of food and experience is about what you would expect. I find it hard to pass up their pecan crusted trout entree, which has a lot of trout in the skin on it and is delicious. They recently reopened after a fire in the complex and I see no difference from before.
One of the best food I've had in this area in a while. The waiting staff is top notch and very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
We love going here and now since they opened back up after the fire. The food is of course top quality as always! The only sad thing is that they decided to remove the Brunch from their menu and this was the last location that had one. I would always recommend making a reservation on a Saturday or Sunday, get the Artichoke dip or calamari for starters.
Absolutely amazing dinner! Didn’t get any pictures of the entrees but the mahi special and crab crakes were 10/10! I also had the brussels, and they were perfectly crispy & sweet. My favorite was the blue crab and shrimp fritters with a lobster sauce. It’s a must!! Service and drinks were top tier too.
I was happy to see that this place was open again. It seems like the staff is all new as it was busy but the service seemed limited or inexperienced. After we sat down we asked for waters. After 20 minutes we still had not received the waters. We had to flag down a hostess to get service. We were then greeted by another server. We asked for waters. After we had mentioned that we had ordered Waters 20 minutes prior, the manager approached us in there. Apologized. This was the most awkward interaction with the manager I've ever had and after that she never returned to the table at all. We both had the drunken ribeyes medium rare. However, the steak was okay. It did have a lot of fat and gristle. The service wasn't truly up to par of the Great American restaurants, but the second server that we did receive was up to par and was able to essentially turn around the experience and is why I'm giving this review two stars instead of one. I expect more from the restaurant group and felt profiled because we were the only young people covered in tattoos.
Visiting the area and picked a well deserved winner. The food is incredible. Get the Blue Crab and Shrimp Fritters. Check the specials because it's delicious! The atmosphere is perfect with friendly staff and bartenders. Highly recommend!
I ordered 6 Oz filet w: baked potato and salad. Was suppose to be med it was very rare and could barely chew. The potato was cold. I know they were busy but don’t deliver a meal like that. I didn’t complain because it’s Saturday night and they were extremely busy. So disappointed was looking forward to a good meal.
