I have usually had a good expierence but this visit was a Big Disappointment from all aspects. Our waitress took our order brought our food and never saw her again, she never followed up on our table. My caesar side salad was terrible. The lettuce was pale green to light yellow in color, the lettuce was limp and wilted, not fit for service. As for table service, we had to ask another waiter for a couple of napkins as well as drink refills and our check since our waitress never came back during our meal. I ordered the crispy chicken bowl and the bed of rice wasnt cooked. When I asked for a Manager, our waitress finally appeared with our credit card and receipt saying she was trying to have her dinner. I'm sorry we interrupted her dinner. The Manager never came to speak with us. I feel bad that I have to write this review. In the past we have had a more positive experience. I hope they change there business both in quality of food and table service.
It's not that it's a bad restaurant, it's just pretty average. The soft pretzel appetizer is one thing that is really good – the pretzels were super pillow-y, which some people might not prefer over denser pretzels, but I thought was great. The beer cheese dipping sauce was quite good, but there was definitely no beer flavor in there – it was really just honey mustard. The prime rib sandwich was billed as having very thin-sliced meat, but there were some pretty big slices, which made it a little less appealing. The grilled onions on it were good and the very cheesy bread added an interesting flavor and texture. The herb mayo was good, but I did not get the Au jus for dipping in my take-out order. The fries were good. The Boubon Street chicken and shrimp had very little seasoning of any kind, much less Cajun flavor and the mashed potatoes were pretty ordinary. The food is really just average, not bad or great.
The location was pretty empty when we arrived, but we were still seated in a corner next to the stairwell. The servers were polite, but didn't give us napkins when we started to eat even though I was eating ribs. The ribs were pretty tasty, but it felt like there wasn't much meat on the bones of the ribs (it almost felt a little like a sample). The fries were alright, nothing special, but the over all quality wasn't really great. The table appeared dirty but apparently it was just permanent marking on the wood. I personally definitely don't plan on returning and the dishes we ordered felt were done better at other restaurants.
Place wasn't busy at all when we arrived. It was low key and quiet. The place was clean. Our waiter Chris was very pleasant and nice even though he seemed kinda new. We ordered the classic combo app which is one of our favorites every time we come to Applebee's. Entree came out and was delicious. This is one of my favorite places.
This location has great service! The 2 for $29 meal option is a great way to have the full price entrees for less money with an appetizer. The chicken & shrimp is delicious! We had the $5 mucho cocktail, the blue motorcycle. Definitely will be back for the great waiter and good food items!
Great service. Unfortunately, don't remember servers name. Food was good, dessert very good. Had steak with potatoes and broccoli. Broccoli very fresh, potatoes good quality. Steak pretty good. Overall, very good experience.
I come here weekly for lunch and always get a warm welcome from the servers & manager. I really like their entire menu which is VERY rare! Burgers, alfredo/brocolli, oriental salad, real mashed taters, steak, mozz sticks, etc. Service is fairly prompt and food is hot. Sad to see Leo transfer to another location. ???
Ive been coming here since me and my husband's first date... I love this place. The staff is great and friendly. Food never disappoints. We now come here all the time and it's our favorite place for date night.The Captain Bahama Mama is our go to drink that is absolutely AMAZING. Their ribs fall off the bone. The salads are perfect every time. The alfredo is better than most pasta places. Steak and mashed potatoes come out exactly how you want. The ice cream brownie blondie is the perfect sweet treat to end your meal.
The waiter who served us forgot to bring us the sauce we asked for which was Honey mustard. After 20 min he brought them to us. Then we had to wait a long time just to ask him for the bill because he didn't show up at our table. The service was really very bad. The place was not that crowded. Although the taste of the food was very rich.
Our server was nice, but was very slow. Our salad was served but we had no utensils to eat with. After about ten minutes, we finally got utensils. The meal was good, no complaints, but had to wait for about 20 mins to get our check. Then when she finally got the credit card, she waited on another table to discuss their bill. Finally, for about another 10 mins i had to ask for her to check me out.
