All you can eat under 2 hour joint. Great selection of seafood, veggies, meat to mix in your pot. It can be tricky for first timers. Also, you will need to add your own blend of sauce, salt, to bring it to your liking. Can be a money and food waste, if you are not really hungry before you get there.
The food is ok, the crabs aren’t fresh. They raised the price to $31.99 now for all you can eat. Sichuan soup is way too oily and spicy, so stick with Chinese herbal. I just come for their house sauce and fermented tofu sauce but otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. I love coming to this place. The food is always great and delicious. Staff are very nice, especially Lydia. She's so friendly and always checking up on your table. The price did increase compare to before covid.
I've been coming here for a few years now and never been disappointed. They have the best staff! Everyone is so polite and nice. The food is fantastic and they have a great selection for hotpot.
I'd say this is an okay hot pot place with great late night hours for those of us that are late nighters which I am giving it 4 stars for. I was not particularly wowed by the quality of the food, but the service was good. There are a lot of options to choose from on the menu, but I found the meat selection a little lacking because I was not a fan of the lamb at all. The vegetables seemed fresh (and washed) so I didn't have any problems there, and I also thought the collection of broths was good. The sauce bar was also decent. The tables worked well, the temperature control was good. However, it's a little more low tech than the other options around. I'd say it's a good choice when there's nothing else open and you need your fix late at night!
I LOVED this place! The customer service was excellent! The decor was BEAUTIFUL, everyone there was so nice! And the food was DELICIOUS and inexpensive! The overall experience was wonderful and I loved it!
I'm first time of this restaurant and a little disappointed. The restaurant was clean good but the server very rush for your order. I'm not ready to order the server just left right away, I open my mouth to asking some questions, but server was gone? only one lady that love to work as a server is long hair, tall and wear a glasses. She is the most nice server. I order pork, beef and lamb but when they serve they didn't tell which one is lamb or beef. Anyway i eat both and taste the same??also pork was sticked to the plate so im not sure they using the old order from somebody else that keep the whole plate in the freezer or not!! I order soda it came in a can and bottle no cup of ice you have to asking them, but one in awhile the server will walk pass to your table and if you say loud enough they will pay your attention ?they have sauce bar that you can mix yourself, but they dont have sign to put your mask on while people mixing sauce and talking ??
Great hot pot spot. They have many broth options to choose from and I usually get the pork bone broth. They have a ton of meat and veggie options to choose from and it's all you can eat. They also have a sauce bar with many options as well. The staff is very attentive and friendly to us. They check up often to make sure everything is good and if we want to order anything more. Overall very good food
Been here a couple of times. It was okay and then we visited this past June. Their quality was different. They brought out meat that was frozen and stuck together. It tasted the same, but it changed the experience.
It was a okay Hot Pot.My favorite Braw was the Braised Chicken, it smells so good when it came, it's spicy but acceptable. My friends order the pork bone soup and Chinese herbal soup, that one smells really good too.Really Fresh Vegetable except for the Enoki mushroom.Their meats are too old, freeze meat and it's chewy, just don't order the chicken or beef. But sometime their beef was okay.I think they served me the leftover meat that other customer didn't use, because the meat doesn't look like fresh cut, fresh cut meat should have a Cone shape. but the old meat looks like it already been pick up by chopstick.I hope this is not true.Their seafood it's really fresh except for the crab. we order two crab, but two crab doesn't mean "two crab" it actually mean one crab that cut in half. I understand they cut in half to make it easy to cook. But the two half crab its not even came from same crab! Pretty disappointed by that, but I forgive it because it's a all you can eat.Their drinks are too overpriced.DO NOT BUY THE DRINKS UNLESS YOU DONT CARE.Just drink the water, water is free.Their serving it's really fast, I like it.I don't think I will come back to eat again. I just don't think the meat it's good, It's like eating a mystery box.You just don't know is it fresh or old.Forgot about the sauce bar and music,The sauce bar was amazing, but the soy sauce doesn't taste good, it also has another taste..... taste like dish soap? Where they kept soy sauce?I'm so recommend the garlic sauce and Shacha sauce, these two are the best, make sure put some Green onion.Now speaking the music, the music they are playing are Chinese music, and I think they are repeating playing same playlist, I could tell because I had ate here three time already, and everytime I'm listen to same music, I wish they have new playlist, the one we all could listen to.But I don't think I will come here ever again.
