Absolutely horrible! Service sucked. Waited for my name to be called. Finally went to the front only to find out mine, and another gentleman's orders were sitting there getting cold! The girl running the drive through claimed she had called out both of our names but yet neither of us heard it. Sorry excuse for a Zaxbys!!! They need their franchise pulled if you ask me.
I didn't know what I was getting the big 8 chicken with fries and a drink. The Zaxby's sauce. I thought it was hot sauce but did not like it at all
Decided to visit a Zaxby's in Danville VA and after going online and seeing that it closed at 10 pm drove 20 minutes I arrived and the drive thru line was around the building so decided to go inside As I entered the restaurant was then informed that they closed at 8 pm even though it was 8:30 pm and the doors were open Very unprofessional will never visit this Zaxby's again this Zaxby's gives the franchise a bad name

The worst customer service ever. I’m literally looking at management with the doors locked at 8:48pm no hospitality poor customer service this establishment should be closed down I drive an hour and the service is always horrible! Including management
I love chicken. I have driven by Zaxby's many times and thought, "Huh, I really have got to try that place." On January 6th I finally decided to try it. I went with my 7 y.o. daughter. We ordered two boneless wings meals. They didn't have original sauce so we ordered BBQ and Buffalo Garlic Blaze. We waited for almost 15 minutes for our meal. The BBQ was "meh" and the Buffalo Garlic Blaze was nasty (a lot of Buffalo and Blaze, very little Garlic). But the biggest issue was the chicken. It was SOOOO hard. I broke two forks just trying to cut the chicken! My daughter (who is missing a few front teeth right now) had to have me cut up her chicken in order for her to eat!! We didn't even finish our meal and ended up throwing most of it away. The fries were good, though...
Great salads and great customer service!
I find Zaxby's is not as good as it use to be. Their help has gone down and they are cutting back on their food. I could have gone to McDonald's and gotten better.
So far every time I go there the food and service is always good and the prices are fair
Went here throughout 2019-2021. Every time they had messed up my order, all seven times I ordered. The only reason I returned was that management would give the meal for free. Think they are under different management now, however.
