Horrendous service. Door on one side was locked (which I'm fairly certain is a fire code violation). So, I walked around the building to get in. Once inside I stood and waited to be acknowledged which took someone coming from the back to do. They asked the other associates if "anyone had told me the inside was closed." There was a family eating at a table in the corner and a man eating across the restaurant at that time. I informed her that I had a mobile order and they finally proceeded to fill my order. The food was good. The service was terrible.
Why would you have a link to apply for a job in the drive thru if you are supposed to apply thru an outside source. Take that down so people won't waste their time and please put better information outside for people who want to apply.Also the manager didn't give me proper information I had to continuously ask about an outside source when a person should just be able to apply on their website.
This was My last visit at the Piney Forest Rd. Wendy's. 3 out of 5 of last orders, food was not of good quality and they usually get my order wrong. Sometime I do not get what I paid for. Very incompetent .
This location has improved over the past few years. Unfortunately when I visited the chocolate frosty machine was messed up so I had to settle for a Vanilla one instead. Food was fresh & hot. Location wqs not too busy at time of visit.
Sign clearly states 11am-8pm open for carry out only. Both doors are locked and I couldn't go inside to get my mobile order. If you're gonna lock the doors at 6pm take your signs down
This place was ok. I went to the one on piney forest, driving out of the parking lot is a bit nerve wrecking! I have seen too many cars get caught on the curb on the right side of the driveway and the company still hasn't gotten it fixed.
The girl that took my order wasn't friendly at allDidn't even attempt to find a condiment that I asked for.Just said they were out.
Review for Piney Forest location. Came to visit from out of town. I tried to eat in and I was told the dining was closed. COVID was almost 2 years ago. It's time we move on. Staff unmotivated. I left and discovered my soda was mostly carbonated water. They'll be out of business eventually. Obviously owners don't care for the place. People simply want a decent meal and a place to sit. I will steer clear of this place if I ever visit Danville again.
Terrible service, employees had on bonnets and not uniforms. The cashier seemed lost like it was her first day and she was by herself and the manager was just standing around like she didn't know what she was doing either. The food was hard and nasty
Food is good if it's fresh. Depends on who cook and the time you go. Got a boo book and I love their Frosty.
