They gave my doordasher the wrong food, ordered redelivery at 9:30, it was cancelled at 9:55 despite the store not closing until 11 (I called to check). Awful.
I always get the Wendys Single with. Cheese no pickle combo and order a large Chili with Cheese for later. On and a Sweet tea
These girls kept this place going with 2 employees on an insanely busy night. I was Door Dashing and went thru 3 times, there was a wait, but they got it done and got it done without losing it. I hope the management is aware and appreciative of their awesome employees!
Closed and lights off at 10:45 PM. Which is fine, but please update the in-app ordering and Google Maps if yall are going to close at least 15 minutes early so as to not get our hopes up and burn gas :(
I just want to say how amazing and generous the night shift crew was tonight. Went in getting a 4 pc nugget and left with way more than that thanks to their generosity and kindness.
Pretty sure they gave food poisoning, I've had good experiences with the staff though so I'll give them at least 2 stars
Fresh bread nice and soft fast drive through. Chili is delicious and real beef. Not leftovers from conspiracy internet stuff.
So at this particular Wendy's the power had been loss a few hours the day before I visited. Evidently some of the food went bad because my salad was dry and warm. I was so disappointed since I had just left the gym and hadn't eaten all day. I tried calling them back several times but nobody would answer the phone.
They gave me sweet tea instead of unsweet. They only gave me one tiny piece of lettuce on a bunless triple burger. The credit card machine was down so I could only pay with cash. The order was $30 but I could not pay with a hundred dollar bill. They said they only accept small bills. They forgot to give me a straw in the bag so I had to come back to get one. Everything else was ok. I think Wendy's has fell on hard times. Hopefully they work things out because I do like them.
Agree.I enjoyed my dining experience. Our meal was delicious.
