I went by there tonight around 11 and I had to wait 10 min with nobody in line for 3 tacos just to get home and open my taco to have no meat .Not funny Taco Bell .I won’t ever waste my money there again .
This is a nice one, good comes out tasting fresh and not smushed. They do get crazy busy almost every night so plan your life accordingly.
The Cashier was extremely nice and explained the menu to me. However that night I ate the Crunchy wrap. It was not crunchy and most of all had less that a teaspoon of meat on it. I called the Manager he was soooo nice to say he would make me another one and give me my money back.
I got my order and when I got home, saw it was wrong. No big deal, it happens. Went back to correct it and met with small attitude. When done, it was tossed on counter and was told, there ya go. No apologies, just turn and walk. I get home again...wrong order again. Didn't think I had to check it, should have. Don't need a coupon for bad service, just want to say..Remember, you are the reason you're there.
Cashier was nice & got my food very fast . I can't complain at all service was great. Nice and hot as well
Riverside drive really sucks lately. Calling headquarters after giving them the opportunity to fix their problem amd flat out refusing and giving the run around 039758 is the store number
They left the sour cream off the tacos. Went back inside to get sour cream. They redid the entire order. That left us with a whole bunch of tacos and burritos to eat. The first order and the order they redid. ?
The grilled cheese steak burrito ? is the best thing I've ever had from Taco Bell. This needs to a permanent menu item. I hope they roll out a double grilled chicken and double beef version in the future. As you were.

Delicious! We went later in the evening, around 8:30. Our service was excellent! Domenice, rang up our order and she was SO nice! Great job!
