The baristas really put in work here. The line is always massive and they always keep it locked down. I go here more than I’d like to admit, but I can’t stop. Even on days where I witness the baristas get treated like trash, they still manage to be kind and do a great job.Treat the baristas well, thank them, and I’m sure their day would be 100 times better. It’s the least you can do.
My order has always been fast and ready when I get there even when I order close to the store.

Quality is not as good as it used to be when I asked for something it's not on stock anymore or has to be a pour-over I can do that anywhere
Poor kids working cannot blend a drink if their life depended on it. No consistency with each visit. Overrated for the product produced.

There was a hair in my drink it was on top of my whipped cream and when I got it the lid was closed
Only 1 Barista. And after waiting in line 11 minutes to order (despite 3 people in front of me giving up and leaving), there was no creamer, no sweetener, no napkins. The tables were sticky and nasty, popcorn all over the floor. But with only one employee to process an unending stream of orders AND make all those drinks, I can only commend that lone Barista for keeping such a great attitude under so much pressure! This "Starbucks" is horribly understaffed and unmanaged! And the prices are higher than the Starbucks just down the road.
Starbucks I bought a coffee I m not sure about coffee but this place does have a few good ones that I have tried
