Took 40 minutes on a Saturday evening to get 2 drinks. I understand this location is busy, both drive thru and dining room, but they should staff according to their customer demands. If you're too busy and do not have enough staff, disable mobile ordering! Do not waste the time of your customers. I've NEVER waited this long, even in locations that are busier than this.

Usually. I don't have issues with Starbucks but lately. Yall have been slacking. I pick up and get it delivered and sometimes I'm just disappointed. If I'm paying $11 and up for a drink it should be how i want it. So today I go and order what I usually get but hot today. Instead of iced. They messed the drink size up and then when given the proper size the drink taste nothing like I asked. Yall should pay attention to what yall doing behind the line.

Having a person outside to take orders during busy time is a bonus. It would be more beneficial if the person could stand near the menu so people can see what they are ordering. Otherwise what is the point?

Quick service, fresh pastries, fresh ingredients

The people who work here, work really hard to make sure that your order is just how you want it. I have heard people be nasty to these hard working barrister/barristers and I honestly do not know how these folks keep smiling and making everyone next in line feel good. True good hard working people !

Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. Only one person works the espresso machine. Waited almost 20 minutes for a drink. It’s a shame because the place is clean and the staff are nice. But they move like pond water. I’m used to being in an out of a Starbucks at rush hour in no more than 5 minutes. 10 if the card reader is down. Will only be back if I’m not in a rush to get home.

We come here all the time, it’s usually pretty good, sometimes they’re out of everything I order and take a bit of time to get your order ready but usually pretty good

So the hours on the sticker thing says they close at 930 and the door was wide open and I walk in at 9:10 and the girl was like sorry we close at 9o clock so I turned around and walked back out. If they close at 9 they should really update their hours obviously…..

The place can be very slow especially for mobile orders. People can wait up to an hour for a simple latte. Corporate should give them more resources to handle the increased volume during peaks. It reflects poorly on the brand and is purely a management and staffing issue. People seem to be working hard but management is not supporting the effort of these people. Keep this in mind when placing an order here.

As I was the only one to order inside (4 people were sitting at tables with their drinks), I erroneously thought I would be served in a timely fashion. Not so. With 5 people behind the counter, I did not receive my order until nearly 20 minutes after my arrival. All of the online orders were sitting on the counter, ice melting and hot drinks getting cold, the whole time I was there. One order was picked up just a minute or so before I was served; that order had been sitting for a good while. Perhaps a sign should be placed on the door, "Inside customers will be served last."
