We have been in line for over 35 mins, finally get to order and we're told cash only. We happened to have cash but some in line didn't know and had to leave after waiting a lifetime. The shake I ordered I was told they ran out of Oreo. We were trying to think of a replacement and they never came back on the intercom. Then we get to the counter our order was never placed. Now we're holding up the line. We looked behind us and before there was 6 cars and now there's only 2 cars behind us. What a waste of time!
The quality of the food has gone downhill. There was hardly any meat on the hamburgers. The buns were bigger than the hamburger patty, like we would notice the very small patty. The bun was also somehow soggy. The fries were stone cold and stale. And on top of that the order wasn't right and they were out of some items. It seems like the employees just don't care about providing quality service or food. Sonic used to be fresh and hot and good, but not anymore. We will not be back any time soon.
I had high hopes when I pulled into the bay at Sonic, even though the tv board wasn't working nor could I manage to see the bay number I was in. So I went with my gut and entered a bay number on the app that I "thought" I was in. I ordered three things on the mobile app. Just three! 1) A cheesecake milkshake-was told that the icecream maker wasn't working and I could get a refund or get a slush. A slush, especially at happy hour is a fourth of the price of a milkshake so that wasn't an option. I was given a cash refund but I only received the actual amount of the milkshake back. So I paid 12 percent tax for nothing. Yes, you got it right, I paid about 50 cents for air. 2) A new bacon on bacon double quarter pound cheeseburger-received it but ordered it with only cheese, bacon, tangy smoke sauce, no onions, no pickle, no mayo. It had mayo which my kid will NOT eat! Tapped on their door and they made another one to fix it. Received a "corrected" burger that had a piece of cheese that was just thrown on, not melted at all and the smallest dallop of tangy smoke sauce on it that was almost nonexistent. 3) A quarter pound double cheeseburger, add onions. Ding, ding, ding. We have a winner! It was correct and very delicious. Or maybe I was just famished after dealing with the other two mishaps.
I waited in the drive thru line for I don't know how long. I plucked my eyebrows, sent some emails, took my medicine, posted on fb. You name it. But I wasnt going to be rude, not at all. I was patient. I finally got my food handed out. The fries were cold, brown, and dry. I handed them back and asked if I could have fresh, or at least warm fries. The cashier goes to the back, then comes back and says we are going to pull you up. I said for what. She said to wait for your fries. I said you have a line around the building, your fries should be constantly being dropped, I dont need fresh out of the oil, but at least warm. Then the manager comes back with some more fries. They also were not hot, brown and cooked in old oil. He said he was sorry, I thanked him and pulled off. Tried a fry, he brought me more of the nastiest fries I have had in a long while. So its not the employees, its the managers job to ensure employees are doing things properly. The bacon cheeseburger was also barely warm. So almost $10 dollars for no fries, and about half a burger, since it wasnt good either. Why eat it you ask? Because I am diabetic, and trying to get food to keep my sugar from dropping low. I was traveling too, so I had already been there far too long just for fast food. The cashier said they were understaffed. I was thinking if that was me, I would make sure I am thorough, the food is on point, and be very apologetic. I cant be mad at people I see really doing their best. I dont serve food to people that I wouldn't want myself. I usually like Sonic, this time I don't know if I will ever go to this one again.
Ordered our food and waited in the drive through for 30 minutes, the line of card waiting was around the building. The guy that handed us the food didn't talk, just gave the food. Will not go back.
I’m sure its not the workers fault but just like everywhere else they are short staffed. Waited 30 minutes for a mobile that was only one drink!
The burgers tasted like it was reheated. I asked for chili and Received no chili. Said no pickles I received pickles. Sonic isn’t the same. I miss the 90’s Sonic .
I work doing door dash on the weekends went to pick up a small order and waited for 35 mins and it WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL there was 2 other cars there and i went up to the door to be told by a really rude dark haired little girl that I was not allowed up there to go back to my car and hit the red ( I had already done that) so I canceled that door dash order. I will never go to this SONIC ever again. So rude and VERY disrespectful!!
What makes these two items cost $8.14?Can you say “Rip-Off”?Both of these amounted to a Dixie Cup half full of cold French Fry Pieces with Hard and dry Puppy "Kibbles" of Chicken Pieces.Better check your fillings in your teeth when your finished.I've seen Happy Meals with larger portions!A more appropriate Price Point would have been two for a Dollar.Sad Sad Sad....
I just came thru the drive thru after being told that you only had drive thru .I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with only mayonnaise I requested it be dropped fresh I didn’t mind waiting. The person taking my order was rude and sarcastic. I received my food and checked and could feel that my tots were not fresh. I asked if they could replace them. I felt there was no need to check the chicken sandwich because it was a special order anyway no lettuce or tomato . When I got home and opened my sandwich I was furious and sickened! Your customer service is the worst I have seen in a very long time. If you don’t have people willing to work and provide safe fresh food then you shouldn’t be open! I have tried to call for thirty minutes with no answer! Shame on you Sonic this is not acceptable !
