I paid $28 on my order, after 30 mins I get a text saying it's out for delivery. 45mins later I call the store and was told my order just left. 30 mins later the driver shows up with cold food(not even the least bit warm) and it was all smashed up. Don't think I'll ever go back
I just spent $44( which is ridiculous) on two large pizzas and they were nasty as hell. The dough wasn't cooked all the way and there was hardly any cheese. I will not be ordering from this place again.
The utmost pitiful business establishment by far. If you need a job don’t go there because one of the managers (Shawn) don’t know how to carry himself in a professional manner and the company as a whole is lacking. By state law I should have had my w2 by the end of January and after waiting the entire month I was then told that I had to come in to get it AND I have to wait two days for that. Disgrace to the name Pizza Hut because the store in Oxford would never treat their employees as such or carry themselves in a poor professional manner. I Would NOT recommend working or eating here!!
got 2 pizzas and wings and cinnamon sticks , wings were fine , both pizzas had the wrong crust , the cinnamon stick were bread sticks and the supreme pizza was not supreme it had peperoni , black olives and jalapenos . very disappointed ,
My order was completed in a very timely manner and was hot and fresh. Employees were courteous and friendly.
Worst Pizza Hut in the chain. Two times in a row I order a pizza online for delivery I include a tip and pay online. Then wait and and wait and wait some more. Follow the online tracking it says Pizza is being baked an hour later Pizza Never Comes. Tried to call the store after multiple attempts they tell me they're not delivering that you will have to come in and pick it up why can't they notify their own online customer service did they are temporarily out of service and not to take any orders for delivery. Bad bad bad business
Deliver a hot pizza for starters. My pizza was not only cold but very hard. It looked like it had been sitting for an hour before it was delivered.
the pizza was awful - looked and tasted like it was burned - we threw most of it out. Not to mention it took a LOT longer than promised and the employees didn't seem to care.
What you could do to make me strongly recommend Pizza Hut is you could offer me a free order of any amount for the time that I had to wait on last night and ended up not getting my order after all because it had to be canceled due to an emergency after I had to wait over two and a half to 3 hours
Shawn and Mike (the delivery driver) were awesome! Shawn really made sure our order was correct. Best pizza from pizza hut we have had in a long time! Thank you!
