Papa John's WAS my favorite pizza ever.....
I took my grandsons girlfriend to pick up some things that she had kept there because she was working there. When the young lady went in to pick up her things the manager told her she couldn't come inside. She told her I'm just here to pick up my belongings and then leaving. That Manager isn't treating all of her employees the same. She works her daughter there and let's her get away with always working the window. Her daughter is rude ! Her Daughter doesn't thank the people for their purchases. She doesn't say Welcome to Papa John's how may I Help You ! It's ridiculous...
It’s 6:47 they can’t handle carry out! They need help and are horribly mismanaged!
Great service even in the snow. The only guy working at 1:00pm should be commended.
My son really likes Papa John's pizzas. The only drawback is Papa John's keeps the store doors locked they're afraid of customers. I don't think that's a whole lot to worry about in Danville Virginia. Domino's is not afraid of its customers.
What happened to the taste? What used to rival dell annos and franks as far as brick oven taste, now tastes like flour and water mama rosas at Piggly wiggly !
Food is always good, hot and timely.
I like this Papa John's. I have gone through the drive thru since the pandemic and hope they continue to keep it open going forward. I place all my orders via the app. Staff at the window has been very courteous and I have no complaints about our food.
