Drive thru was quite slow. Vehicle in front of me took a long time at the order window and also at the pick-up window.
It was good better than some I went too. The people are so nice there
They need to change their hours online and on the app. They are not open 24hrs on Saturdays, do not open at 4am on Sunday, and are very rarely open at 5am as posted for their hours
Gave me the wrong order and didn’t give me a receipt if I could give a negative review I would workers can’t do their job right and it wasn’t even busy
Good hot fries, hot food, friendly staff. A good stopping point , with a food lion in the shopping center behind it if you need groceries.
I bought a burger from store# 1255 348 Old Riverside Dr Danville VA 24541 on 12/23/21 at 11:16 pm that made me sick. I ordered my food from the mobile app and went to picky it up. The meat wasn't even cooked, it was at night and I was driving when I notice a blood taste. So I turned on my inside light and this is what I saw.. picture attached.. I was sick for a few days and I couldn't get that blood taste out my mouth or throat. I made a complaint to the USDA and waiting on an response. I contact the store the same night and was unsuccessful with talking to anyone so I called the next morning and talked with a manager. She told me she had to come recalibrate the cooker because it was low.. I feel like the night manager should have done that and the cook should know when they putting uncooked food out the drive thru. I will never eat at this mcdonald's again and I would care of ever visit my food was free.. it's now 12/26/21 and I can still taste that burger
Service was ok. Short staff correct food. Not a long wait.
The workers were extremely rude and slow betime we received our food it was extremely cold and we didn't receive everything we had ordered also some of the meal wasn't made right and when we pointed out this we were told we didn't know what we were talking about when we tried getting our money back they didn't want to take the order or give us back our money they messed up our order 3 times
This is one of the most best mc Donalds I have ever been to. The food was on point, also hot and fresh.
I went inside & ordered 2 sausage biscuits. They were very hard around the edges & the hash brown tasted like it was soaked in grease. The ONLY good thing was the carmel latte. I don't think I will be eating at McDonald's anymore. Everytime I try to give it another chance, I continue to have bad experiences with their food & the quality of it at different locations.
