Just ordered two regular hamburgers & large fries. Was satisfied with not waiting long and price paid. My fries were fresh & hot but my disappointment came when I opened the hamburgers to eat. I had ordered extra pickle on both yet only had one extra on each burger, my hamburger had hardly any onion or ketchup/mustard leaving it very dried out tasting and the burgers were burned black halfway around the meat. One of the burgers had something unidentifiable on the bun that looked like it may have been a part of an insects wing so that one had to be thrown out in the trash. Had I not needed to get to another business on time I would've taken my order back and showed the manager. Unfortunately it was money thrown away on food that needed to be thrown out.
Slow...slow...slow drive thru service. No mocha....so I said ok I will just take a coffee. She said I will have to make some....lol...no bother. Now stuck in curbside 3 for God knows how long. Somebody come help these folks from corporate. Just passing through town today but will not be a next time I promise you that!
Very Happy with the service. Came around 11am on a Friday. Fast service. Very friendly people. The crew looked like they worked well together. My new Favorite McDonald's.
Bad experience with food and manger
If you're constipated you won't be after this place. Terrible food. Over cooked fries and my stomach starts hurting before I even get done eating. Good luck to anyone that goes. Bring plenty of toilet paper
After I made it past the rude girl that took my order I got to the window to get the food and I was handed a busted drink carrier full of drinks. Then I find I was missing a sandwich so I go inside no biggie. I get to the counter and the girl at the drive thru sees me walks past me and starts to take orders while occasionally glancing at me. I stood there trying to get help for over 5mins. I finally got the food and left. Get home to find not only did they give us the wrong drinks they only filled her child's cup half way! Then I discover that what I thought was a box of 10 nuggets was actually a huge stack of napkins! So back I went to get them. At this point a guy had taken over the register and as soon as he finished taking an order asked if I needed some help and then got attn of expo so I could relay I was missing food again. I got home again to find the fries and chicken looked and tasted of 3 day old grease and the mcdouble was just sloppy and disgusting. I don't expect 5star expensive food from McDonald's but I do expect some sort of quality and decent service with the cost of the menu items that are still going up.
Ghetto Should be on the door. Alot of loud talking and laughing behind the counter. While I waited 25 min's for 2 mCRib meals and there was only one person ahead of me. They did so much playing several drive through orders where mixed up. When I finally got my order the fries where cold and when I ask for ketchup I held my hand out and she through it in the bag on top of my fries. NEVER AGAIN!!
Just left the McDonald’s on West Main St. In Danville Va. Ordered a kids 6 pc nugget with extra fries and a chocolate milk. When I got home and opened the box there was a 4 pc nugget and a toy. No fries! Like how do you forget the fries. The fries are the best thing that McDonald’s have. Smh!
Order is always right, food is always good. The wait is usually a little long but I know they're working hard ?
