My friend used to train employees at Wendy's & I would just like to say, the Manager here on May 30 2022 at 10:30 pm was so rude to the both of us!We waited to put in our order at the drive through for over 20 mins bc the car in front of me was on hold for that longBy the time we were done waiting for the car infront of us we had ordered online so she just went up to the windowShe gave me my her order but didn't do hers . Which was fine so she was explaining that it was a mc double and a fry w a Dr Pepper and she was like shutting the window on us as we were speaking while repeating I had to go back around behind ppl that were just now putting in orders..Isn't order ahead an option for this reason ?We really would've appreciated had she just told us to pull up and she would bring it out , or at least been nice enough to listen to us lol.I know it's Mc Donald's and not a fine dining restaurant but I was so disappointed. Had it been a regular employee I wouldn't have been bent out of shape enough to write a review, but she's a manger so yeah, here I am !She was old enough to been my mom , but I saw no manners. I left without the food & let the store have the $5
I ordered food on Friday 22nd, 2022 the 20 chicken nuggets coming with fries for $11.99 a # 1 meal / extra sprite +2 ice cream ? chicken nuggets was really old hard cold missing 1 fries the cashier in the window really rude acting like I asked something for free. When inside the store for new fresh nuggets because my daughter can't chew way to hard, the manager asks for the new 20 nuggets but the food seating for 20 minutes not one care about just watching me I asked the cashier she awser me that is not her job to bag de food only take order finally the manager remember and gives my order don't apologize for the time eater a smile so nasty and rude forgets my suaces asked same cashier she tell me asked the manager she didn't have no costumers just checking her cellphone is the worst services poor education sympathy for the costumers we expended us money that way they can have job and one pay check for pay they bills and restaurants can survive never again I will but in this store.
Is this not supposed to be 24/7? How come I've come by on countless occasions between 1:00 to 4:00 in the morning and y'all are apparently never taking orders. What are you getting paid for then? Just wondering. It's a lame excuse to tell me your system is changing over how many hours does that take?
Spent 50 dollars on food and they did not give me the sauces for my nuggets. One of Mcchicken my kids ate was hard spot half of sandwich. Fries were cold. Riverside use to be good no more. McDonald's Do Better! Hire people that want to do a good job not just a job.
It was good today it may be different but the ladies at the drive thru were very nice.
I can't even begin.I only went here because I was at MedExpress for over 3 hours, for a Covid test, and I needed something kinda cheap and quick. I ended up throwing my food away. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal. My bread was burnt and my chicken was wilted, and it came with nothing on it. I'm seriously going to STOP going to McDonald's for even a drink. Not to mention the waitstaff were very RUDE!
Went there yesterday. Was there almost an hour and the tables were never cleaned. Nasty.
We not going anywhere. Might as well take some drive through orders. Like what are yall even doing? The dining room is closed. I'm documenting everything. Poor management. Management on sec 8. More cars have left than they have taken orders.
I went thru this drive thru 12/23/21 after using the mobile app and they sold me a burger that was not even done at all.. the whole inside was blood red and it tasted the same way it liked. It made me sick and I'm still not feeling well 12/27/21. I will never eat at this place again and I wouldn't care if it's free every visit. Its actually got me wanting to quit eating red meat period. If I could share the picture I would. I give them a minus five star
This location makes the most perfect Big Mac of any McDonald's I have visited. It looks exactly like the one in commercials and tastes fantastic. The employees are friendly and fast..
