I got the baby flounder, it was delicious no complaints at all cooked to perfection will definitely go there for my seafood ? the waitress was also great ! thank you for a great meal.
Our 1st visit since the new owners took over. The food was exceptionally good and our server Amani was probably one of the best waitresses we have ever had anywhere! We will be going back soon! 5 stars!!!

Taste was okay, but none of it was hot. I should have known when I got it so quickly that it wasn’t freshly cooked. My daughter begged me not to complain so I ate warm seafood but I couldn’t eat that soft cold okra.
Food came out quick but was below average. My husband ordered the rib eye steak and what was put in front of him was a portion of London broil. It was inedible due to the toughness of the cut and when we told the waitress she did offer to swap it out but the rest of us weredone with our meals.

One of our favorite places to eat! We were so disappointed when Gus and JoAnn retired and Mayflower closed! Luckily a nice young couple reopened it for business and they are both such nice people and strive to satisfy each and every customer. Great food, great service, and great prices!
Very satisfied with years of ordering dine in and takeout orders here at our local Mayflower. Always had a good amount of food for the price that was tasty & satisfying. I was sad when the owners retired and they closed down. I'm glad new owners opened it back up under the same name and menu. I haven't had a chance to try them since coming under new management but hope I can real soon. From reviews I've read I can expect the same as I did from Gus & his family when they ran it and leave a happy customer.
I've been eating here since I was a kid. This is where my family would meet after church for dinner and to celebrate birthdays. Food is good and one plate can feed two kids
I had the pleasure of stopping at Mayflower in Danville, VA today with my sister and my brother-in-law from Connecticut. It was their 1st time so I was hoping that it would be special and Mayflower did not disappoint.The service, the timing, the food was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Our server Amani was a definite star. She made the day extra special. We will definitely go again.
