I went to the Piney Forest location last night and ordered a pepperoni pizza and a large supreme. I was leaving to run a quick errand while my pizza cooked. An employee ran out and told me that they did not have onions or green peppers and asked if it was anything i would like to substitute for lack of toppings. I asked if they could just give me an order of crazy bread to make up for lack of toppings and was told yes that was fine. I paid over $20.00 for this order. When i returned they handed me one pizza and the crazy bread. I asked where the supreme pizza was and they didn't make it. Tried to replace the pizza with one order of crazy bread. I told them i still wanted the pizza that a $4.00 order of crazy bread is no substitute for a $10.00 plus pizza. They said that they would make it for me so i had to wait. I got my pizza and went home and they took an already made pepperoni pizza and just threw the other toppings right in the center of the pizza and that was it. The added toppings were cold and the crazy bread was hard as a brick. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone about this. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!! This was the worst seevice i have ever recieved from this location. It doesn't even deserve the one star i gave it to write this review.
First and will be the last time I will get food from here. Pizza was fine but 3 orders of crazy bread looked like this. ?
Worst experience ever.Went to store at 12:00 pm ,ordered 7 pizza's for a group meal at 6:30 pm. Payed for pizza to be pick up at 530 pm. Got to store employees arguing ,no pizza ready,NONE!!! For anyone ...other customers in the store walked out!!! Employeees using terrible language..Employee walked outside spoke to someone in a car came back in went to cash register done something there,then went to start making pizza's without washing hand,or putting on gloves!!!!!disgusting...I will never go back . PLACE IS PATHETIC AND HAS ABSOLUTELY NO MANAGEMENT!!!! WORKER HAVE NASTY MOUTHS!!! AND NO RESPECT!!!! Nasty,Nasty,Nasty!!!!!!!!
Very rude. Never again will we go back there. If you don't like your job quit. Amazes me at how people getting paid to do a job act.
Ordered online so food would be ready. It was not waited 10 minutes after it should have been ready and was told the oven was messed up they could only cook 3 pizzas at a time. It was a line out the door of people waiting. Some saw the line and heard the grumbles of people inside and turned around and left. The cashier was nice just overwhelmed. Little Caesars get it together and give them a new oven so they can have it hot and ready! No pizza tonight ??♀️
Unprofessional one employee walking around with no shoes always wait for hot and ready. They never pick up the phone

Worst service ever. They told me 15-20 mins and 25 mins later they tell me another 20 mins. I ask for my money back and am told they don't to refunds. So I asked for the GM name. The girl was like uuummmmm..... And just walked off. An hour later I finally get my food. Don't think I'll return to this location.
There is woman, who works the front of the store here, is ignorant, has no customer service skills, and would not help me with giving out her manager's name, her/his name nor would it give me the number to customer service...
Hard working folks and best bang for your dollar in chain pizza !
