Went today to this location, I had a coupon for a bucket of chicken, 4 large sides 8 biscuits, the girl rushed me, never asked if I wanted crispy, original or nothing, The whole order was rushed, When I got the food, it didn't even smell like KFC, I was so mad when I got home to see I had a half a bowl of macaroni, these are to be large sides, it wasn't, maybe a large bowl, the biscuits were so hard, and tasteless.. the Chicken DID NOT taste of the Cornels recipes, the skin was old tasting, needless to say the grease was old, and the after taste it left in my mouth was fowl, it over powered the whole bucket. As much as food is now a days, that 41 dollars, went right in the trash, NEVER AGAIN will I eat KFC, that done it for me! I don't see this store opened for long!
Paid $60 for a delivery. Once delivered they left out a lot. Several items were not in the bag. Paid a $6 delivery fee and a 20% tip. Still can't get all your food. It's simple someone to lazy to do their job. This is why it should ne against the law to want a tip a front. Should be illegal to take money and not give what you pay for. NOONE will answer the phone when you call back.
Food was good but need to improve on customer service.
It was good because you can't eat at where I live inside in South Boston virginia. But it used be where you wouldn't have paid for the slaw now you do.The food was really good but it best KFC in Danville. But it little high for to people on a fix income.
Same ole KFC, food was good as most times. What got the fourth star, was the people. They went out of the way to make our experience a good one. Good job y'all
Food was hot and good, just need to make sure the whole order is correct. Ordered a spicy chicken and got a plain. Best KFC outside of that one thing cause i swear it happens everytime lol.
We went to KFC in Danville just to get Chicken Liver Dinners because our KFC don't have them on there Menu anymore.
Leaves phone off hook can not call .back when the order is wrong
This has become yet another disappointed restaurant in Danville. The chicken was so freaking greasy & yuki taste. There is no where in Danville nice to eat. Best to eat at home.or go to lynchburg or greensboro.
Slow has too wait a long time people are not friendly gives you food you did not order
