Nicest staff I’ve ever encountered in a while in Danville. Now usually I get attitude from a lot of fast food workers. But this place I mean is so good with customer service I was wowed?. I forgot my wallet and was so stressed out about it and had to run and find it in my car and realized I left it at home and the girl said that it was okay and to not let this ruin my day, and she let me have my regular sub on the house. So to make up for it I’m leaving a review because they Deserve it. Managers if you see this you have a amazing staff.
Prices are high, but in my opinion the food is still worth it. I love the giant #9 without tomatoes Mike's way and add on pickles and pepper relish
It would have gotten 5 stars. But I just left there and every time I order a hit sandwich it’s always prepared wrong I asked for nothing but light lettuce and Mayo salt and pepper to alway the way home and have peppers on my sandwich once again after being there over a month or so ago and they messed my sandwich up 3 times in 1 day smh I ate my sandwich cause I was hungry but this is crazy
Service was slow.They were packed, but you'd think it would be within the best business practice to get mobile orders done FIRST before dealing with customers at the counter.People who order ahead like me, usually want to grab their food and get back to work before their lunch hour is up. Not, sit for 30 minutes while you wait for them to finish the people's orders at the counter.I gave this a three star because the man gave me a few coupons for free subs and a free soda while I waited. So, I'm glad the business is kind enough to give customers something for waiting. A lot of other places around here don't do that. But in the future, I would recommend getting mobile orders done first.
