This is the place to go if you want a COLD burger. I went there multiple times and their burgers seems to always be cold. I came there once and got a cold burger. So I return it back to them. The cashier told me, "it was hot when she gave it to me". I said to myself," Yeah the bun was warm but the burger was so cold the cheese had not even melted." But i had only walked to my car in the parking lot. And was going go eat in the car. So the cashier told the "shift leader" and the she said, "she would make it herself" . When she brought it back, she didnt even apologize for the cold food. She just gave to me walked off like, "Whatever!" Then on a different date I came back thinking it would be different. I ordered another burger and it was the same as last time, warm bun cold meat. I didnt even bother to return it. I ate it anyway due to me on my lunch break with limited time.
Love their biscuit n gravy but the egg n bacon or sausage biscuits are always too greasy

29 years ago, I would have given this restaurant location 5 stars. But the current second shift manager does not have the temperament to be a manager. Plus the meat in the burgers were a bit over done, the containers for the large fries were not fully open. And the Men's restroom needs to be given a good scrubbing.
I get that it's hard to find employees but please train your drive thru person to atleast speak to the customer...on a good note the order was correct.
They were slow, very slow but they got my order correct, were nice and the food was delicious. I grew up with this Hardee's and go every time I come back to town. Their breakfast is better than any fast food restaurant in town.
I'm just now making it home I ordered about 30 minutes ago ... I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with a sour bread bun combo with a tea ... I don't think they had any idea someone drove off and caused the whole drive through to get wrong orders .. instead I received a country fried steak combo with tomato and mayo and a Dr pepper .... The lady was extremely nice and gave me good service but I have no proof of my purchase no receipt and I paid in cash ... Bad experience so, I'm giving 2 stars, first time going .... I didn't realize until I was on the Danville Express way to Martinsville ??
Decent for a pit stop but our burgers were wrong (missing lettuce and tomatoes). Our son enjoyed his chicken tenders though. The staff was friendly.
Nice staff, good food. I don’t know who Dan Daniels is, but he erected a nice city with nice people.
They were a bit shy on staff, which is typical nowadays. The lady working the cash register, was working hard and her efforts were greatly appreciated. I did enjoy the food, the place in reasonable shape. The only negative comment was that the overhead music was quite loud, and could be turned down a bit.
