I can’t say enough about the quality of Food, Service and most importantly the people at this organization just to name a few……Kelly and Stu are both at the top of their game….I will just add this as well,…..5-14-22.“I’m serious you guys go over and above for your favorite customers and that means a whole whole lot in today’s world in fact I’m going to write a review to you to share with everybody else how lucky we are to have such a thoughtful, hometown goldmine that’s still honoring the “personal touch” in a mom - n -pops (going instinct) business that the United States was framed foundation was laid out for! Excellent food and a good choice of different items on menu. Staff was friendly and nice. Service was quick too. Would recommend to go. I'll be back.
Went for oysters with friends tonight.The server was terrible, the food when we finally got it was good.Each time we asked for something she forgot it.We ended up not getting all.our meal.Her excuse was that it was so hot in there it confused her brain.
Frank's is now one of my favorite restaurants. Customer service is excellent and the food portions are generous. Delicious!
Asked for sweet tea got unsweetened tea.Waited a long time for food. Had to hunt down waitress for refills. Stromboli was lukewarm. It could have been just day I went. It was on a Sunday.
2/19/2022, had dinner, new waitress, had NO salad crackers with salad, wrong sauce on my dish, NO parm cheese offered for spaghetti, NO refills offered for drinks. Only time I saw our waitress after food was delivered was when she ask was I ready for my check, all I could do to not to cause a scene. Thought it best to just pay the bill and leave. But the food was, as usual, very good.. Not saying the waitress was at fault, but the training process needs to be looked at.
Oh I love the food. The people are so nice. I going back again. I slowed down cause of all that was going on, its getting better now
Waited for 30 minutes. Watched staff walk back and forth but not Once we’re we acknowledged after we were seated. Don’t waste your time!!!
Franks is awesome, great quality food, friendly, welcoming and warm atmosphere. Excellent pizza, pasta, wings, smoked especially good. Great pastas and bread meals, have been going to Frank's since their first location opened back years and years ago. You guys are excellent, friendly, and professional, thanks for bringing your business here
My family drives from NC once a week to eat here. It's honestly our favorite place to eat.
