Got an alert saying that pizza was done at 6:45. Went to pick up and they insisted that the pizza was not done. Showed them the screenshot saying it was done, it was for the correct location and everything. Could not get an employee to come to the register to give me a refund, and finally they cancelled my order. So I walked out of the store at 7:30 with no pizza and no refund. Employees were not helpful and I did not receive what I paid for.
Excellent service at Domino’s Pizza on Sandy Ct. The employees were friendly and cheerful. They even sang while they worked. It was a wonderful experience! The pizza was cooked just right and we enjoyed sitting there and eating our lunch.
They charged my card extra money an when I called to get money refunded the manager had an attitude an was more about if he had to fire an employee versus him trying to fix the situation I gave him order number an email confirmation of my purchase for proof an still nothing has been done!!!! Not right for them to jus be giving themselves a tip!!!
Very friendly staff. The pizza was good but the chicken wings were over cooked and dry.
Called to make an order stayed on hold for over a hour knowing they heard the phone ringing then got hung up one tried once more and stayed on hold another 20 minutes still did not answer and we are very generous tippers I will NEVER order from this dominos again!! The one on South Boston Rd will be the only domino’s I will be ordering from! Do better! This was just sad.
After a Biblical 21-day Daniel Fast which consisted of only fruits, vegetables, juice and water; as I made it THROUGH to the end, I decided that I wanted some pizza and what I received was GREAT and the service was good!!
The manager, Reba, has really went downhill. She used to be polite and kind but recently, she shouldn't even be in management position!
I has the worse experience yesterday I have been have stomach pains and diarrhea since I ate the pizza and wings. No mask no gloves rubbing facial hairs never seen anyone wash their hands going in and out the building handing people food.
The 1st time I ordered from this Dominos was for my versus party I was having. I ordered at least 5 boxes of pizza and some dessert. By the time I picked up my order which was late the manager said I was missing half of my order and claimed she would credit it on my next order(which never happened). The most recent time today I put in a order at 7:18pm. At 9:04 I received an email and message that my order was canceled and to call the store to find out why. After being on hold for 30 minutes and hung up on twice a woman finally came on the phone and said we are not taling anymore orders tonight and hung . I will never order from them again
Made my pizza completely wrong and refused to refund it. Told me they would remake it instead and spend 45-60 mins waiting for a simple pizza that should have taken 20 mins ? Would not come here again EVER.
