I've been eating at the one on Main Street in Danville for years. This one today is on Rt. 58 west. But they have the same food and friendly service. My go to is always the sub lunch special, which includes a drink and chips, fries or pasta salad. Choices are Italian, tuna, turkey or club - all good. The chewy roll makes it.
We had the lunch special consisting of a slice of pizza (up to 4 toppings), a side salad, and a drink. We added fried pickles as an appetizer. We were promptly seated and the service was outstanding!!The food on the other had was moderate at best. While the salads were fresh with crisp lettuce,veggies, etc. the pizza was not good. The crust was very very thin and undercooked. Unfortunately I needed to send out a search party to find the sauce, and to date still no such luck. While my 4 meat toppings were generous in terms of portion amounts, all but the sausage had any real flavor.If you have other options for food, I would recommend them. This was the only place to eat for miles which might explain how this place stays open.
Food was great when the waitress finally got the order right.the service was terrible. The waitress forgot my son's food and then blamed it on the cook and then instead of bringing it to the table for him to eat she put it I. A Togo box and handed us the bill.she was very rude and will ruin there business
Been there many times and all the food is fabulous. I love the choice of sides with a sub combo.
Delano’s has went down hill so bad , order was not correct what so ever , store manager said they only sale boneless wings by the pound however as I call to order i asked for 30 he says we only have 20 and 10 I said ok can I get both . He said yes. Get home and there is 19 wings ….. if they are sold by pound they need to not say they are 20/10. Also pizza was made incorrect I asked for two pizzas with pepperoni and bacon and one plain cheese received one cheese one pepperoni and one pepperoni and bacon. Was only offered half a pound of wings but at this point I feel like I’d just rather not ever take my business back there . Very unprofessional and rude.
Very poor take out service !! Every time you call to place a take out order they put you on hold for 20-30 mins . Then when you go there to place your order bc you were already driving up 58 they aren’t busy in take out . Bunch of kids running takeout area . Need to hire better help . I would recommend not doing takeout dine in !!!
I love anchovies but although the crust is DEFINATELY Brooklyn my single slice was greasy, perhaps a while our would be better.
Good pizza, good lasagna, and good spaghetti. Service is usually good, and the prices are affordable.
Good pizza, above average NY style was very good. A little bit higher on pizza prices than most pizza places but the product is good. Example. A large 1 topping will run you around $17 and change. Decent place but 4 stars because I think the price point is a tad high, but they were busy so that says something!
Pizza is real good they don't load it down with alot of sauce, crust was soft and tender. Staff very pleasant and service was excellent
