It was okay I had a strawberry sundae and my daughter had the puppy chow and some chicken bites. The food was hot we did have to pull over to wait for it to finish cooking but they had it out pretty quickly the young lady that was working at the window however and taking orders was not very polite or welcoming other than that it was not a bad experience. I don't understand why people that work in customer service don't understand what service with a smile is you can hear it in your voice when it's not there and I appreciate people that do this for a living because I have for years. I hope that she's not like that all the time because sometimes things get to us and it happens to us all but if it wasn't for that I would have given five stars for sure. And I never got to thank you. That's just politeness.
I probably will never return . Don’t get me wrong the customer service was outstanding but sadly that’s where it ends . I ordered three grilled chicken combos , was asked to pull to front of the store while those cooked , we received our meals and while the food was piping hot the chicken was so hard I could not even bite it . I was very disappointed . For $33 I expected so much more . Ended up having to throw my food away
The cashier (Ayanna on the receipt) was extremely friendly. Also, I asked a question that she was unable to answer because she was “new.” She went to two other employees to find the answer. Because of her smile and friendliness-she made my day! These are the little things that are missing from most businesses that deal with customers on a daily basis. If all people were this great- the world would be a better place!

I come here every so often and get ice cream and it is delicious! I visited the store yesterday afternoon and got 2 items. Lady taking order asked if I wanted to round my total to nearest dollar and donate to some charity. I clearly said no thanks and get to window and my total was $11.00 even. I wondered why bc normally that never happens being I said no to rounding up. Cashier asked if I wanted receipt and I said yes bc I knew sure enough they had rounded me up when I said no and they did. Please stop rushing and listen to people!!

Visited from out of town. Ice cream tasted fine. Nice place BUT the staff left a lot to be desired. There were about 5 people who were just hanging out jaw jacking with the staff. So basically there were 4 staff and no customers and getting service took a few minutes. If people like to walk in unwelcomed to a place and stare at the employees while they wait to be served, then this place is for you. This place will eventually go out of business since they don't give an attitude to draw in business. But hey, some people like these kind of places.
I have an autistic daughter and every single time we go in they are so kind to her. It's really amazing. We love them!!!
