This place is really good for a quick inexpensive good meal. They are always very fast and friendly when I go there for lunch. This cool out is managed very well.
99% of the time great food! Very rarely disappointed when we get a family night full of favorites
The inside service was faster than drive-thru. There are NO tables and chairs. The drive-thru was taking forever. When we went inside, we saw WHY. ONLY 3 people were working! I will.be come back again, BECAUSE of the people INSIDE!!
Man that grilled chicken sandwich was good but lawd have mercy it was so small! Other than that, good food & good service!
Dang, those are good burgers! First time visitors, you have 2 new fans. Yum, best burgers we've had in awhile. REAL burgers, just like at a cook out. Shakes are thick and tasty, chili cheese fries are awesome, a little salty, but yum! And it was faster service then any other fast food place I've been to. I'll be back.... ?
So this COOK OUT out treats there employees like there worthless. Over work them. Curse at them yell at them like there children. And on top of that if you put a TWO weeks notice in they DO NOT HONOR it. They literally made someone leave the store and told them they don’t have a job anymore Just because they respectfully put there two weeks in. And this was A TOP hard working employee!!!! Told them “just leave JUST LEAVE”. And wouldn’t tell them the 2 week notice policy cause supposedly they managers don’t know what it is. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I need to speak to someone in corporate ASAP.!
Could have heated a 99 cent pack of hot dogs in the microwave and it'd be the same. Employee at the drive thru got an attitude after I couldn't hear her because of the faulty speaker. Ordered onion rings as a side, received TWO onion rings. Cole slaw tasted sour and had to throw away. Will never go to a cook out again.
