I came in after work and for some reason my online order didn't go through. The three young women up front were extremely helpful and kind. Made my order with no questions ask. Wonderful customer service !
I’ve been now living in Danville for 8 months. I normally eat chipotle at least 3 or 4 times a week. However, every single time I come to this location after 8:45pm they never ever have chips so we just leave without ordering now it happens so frequently. It’s honestly bad for business that whoever is running this location allows them to run out of chips a whole hour to an hour and 30 mins before closing. Specially when they almost always are still cooking fresh meat on the grill but won’t make more chips or enough almost every single night. Some people like myself come just for the chips. Then they will tell you the chips left are only for online customers, that is ridiculous and a change needs to be made asap!
We ate at Chipotle about noon today, ordering 2 bowls. They were out of grilled veggies and lettuce but had them on the take out station. They refused to let us have them on our bowls, saying they are only for carry out customers!!!! I asked to speak to the manager, and she told me her "team leader" does not allow customer in the store to have their selected topping from the carry out station. I should have cancelled my order, walked out the car and called in a carry out order with double grilled veggies!!! What happened to the customer is always right. Horrible customer service, and every unaccommodating workers at Chipotle.
I really love this place. It's one of my favorite places to go. Staff is really friendly and quick.
The food is good but the homemade lemonade will give you diarrhea.
Leave it to Danville, VA to ruin what could be a great restaurant. I have never meet such rude people in my life. If I order the same thing every time and suddenly it has jumped up over $4, I am allowed to ask why. If you start cobra necking and pointing at my order and say “that C means Queso” you should probably be smart enough to know that It starts with a Q and not a C. Last trip for my office/business.
The absolute WORST customer service. The one in Danville, Virginia.

Traveled 25 mins just to get home and the rice is hard. The server wasn’t friendly @ all. He kept screaming for someone to bring out guacamole. I wasn’t satisfied @ all.
