Always fast and always friendly. Quality of freshness however I'd say is sometimes lacking. Nobody wants fries that are lacklustre. Yeah their hot, but there is a difference in hot verses hot and fresh. I don't want to be served those waffle fries that have had a super long loving relationship with a heat lamp. If they've been together that long they should stay together because I don't want to separate them. This place usually is aces all the way around but sometimes you get those dried out chicken nuggets or tenders that you can tell have just been hanging out way too long. That's my only complaint is that they should brush up on the freshness. As far as everything else goes though they're stellar.
For the past three years, my family and I go to Chick-fil-A multiple times a week because that is the only fast food my son likes. Last week, I ordered an 8 count nugget meal but when we got home, there were only 3 nuggets in the box. I call the store to let them know I was shortened several nuggets. Throughout our short conversation on the phone, the manager tells me "its hard to believe" that I could be missing so many nuggets....I totally agreed, that's why I was calling! After about the 4th time, she tells me this, I say "I am offended that you are insinuating I would lie about 5 chicken nuggets!". At her rude response, I decide its not worth it to continue the conversation over the phone. So today, I had the opportunity to visit the restaurant, I was looking forward to having a professional and dignified conversation with the manager I spoke with over the phone. The first thing she does is ask for my full first and last name, address, and phone number so that she can put in the system that I received "extra" nuggets...WHAT???? If that is the case, they should have a file on everyone that complains about not receiving items that they paid for and if it were my habit (God forbid), you would have this my "file". I got my 5 nuggets today along with other items that I paid for and left. I am SO dispappointed and extremely disheartened at the management's level to demean a loyal customer to this extent over a mere five chicken nuggets......
I just LOVE Chick-fil-A! ❤️ Sometimes, the order is not right, so please do check before pulling off. However, if they do get it wrong, they are more than happy to fix it!
After being shorted a meal placed in a mobile order, I go back a few days later with my receipt instead of driving 20 minutes back to get it only to receive lip service from a manager! She didn’t want to give me my food after I had spent $50 AND it was their mistake. I didn’t think Chick-fil-A worked like that… evidently their employees are just like everywhere else. Disappointed!!
Never have had a bad experience or long wait at this Chick-fil-A. Employees work really hard and are always nice.
Amazing customer service!! We got there at 9:58 and they still took our order even though they were closing! I was so happy. The other place I tried to go said open till 11 but had their doors locked.
Visited on 2-4-22 around 1:30p.m. I don’t know what in the world has happened but it needs to be some changes made at the Danville Va location. We ordered our food and had a nice experience with the cashier but when we got to the pickup area. It was an absolute mess! So we pull up and I have my mask on and the lady asks my name , I tell her she turns around and continues to look at bags as if she is looking for our order. Then another lady comes out and asks what’s the name of the order, she then tells her I didn’t even hear what she said…. SERIOUSLY!!! So at this point if I hadn’t been paying attention to what was going on and basically yelled my name to the other lady I would have gotten my food whenever. Every other Chick-fil-A has been great. This location put a very bad taste in my mouth for sure. And the food definitely was not good like it has been.
Best chicken in the world,and kudos to the staff that's works out side, however if you ever get in that car line ,and decide to not to order,you can't get out ugg .
