Food was amazing. Service fast and very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Will be going back again.
yes,the food is cook so delicious..the workers and manager are so nice to everyone..l eat there at least 10 times a month.l love everything about Captain Cook..very clean environment.

Have been there several times and have always happy with the food and service.Service is somewhat slow, but I would rather wait a little bit and have my food fresh and hot.Love there desserts too!!!Look forward to going back again....
The best seafood I have had in a while! The flounder and shrimp was delicious. I typically don't eat steak at a seafood restaurant but I tried the ribeye and it was actually good. I ate there two days in a row. That is how good the food was!
First time eating here and boy I am disappointed!!! Got home and opened up my box and my chicken sandwich was not the way I ordered it to start with there was not lettuce tomato or bacon or mayo just chicken and a VERY soggy bun. So soggy couldn't even pick it up without it falling into mush. The fries were grease logged. My husband had the 3 combination dinner clams, scallops, and oysters. He didn't like it either. He said it was soggy and oysters should have been cooked longer!! We will pass on eating here ever again. It's sad because some people claim this place has the best food in town. In our opinion NO ITS BAD!!!! ??????❌?❗
Our church group ate lunch their today the food was delicious but the waitress was no good she never came back to our table except to bring the checks inexcusably

After a 20 minute wait, with no service, we left. Tables all around us were seated and drink orders immediately taken. We saw an acquaintance when we were leaving and they had only arrived but were being served already.
Absolutely delicious! Thinking my first visit a week ago was a fluke, I came back to be utterly amazed - again - by the quality and taste of the food.Amanda provided excellent service with a smile/mask.Bottom-line, it is worth the drive from Halifax, VA. I've decided to make my way through the entire menu this year. So, I'll be back to my favorite spot at the corner window! KUDOS!!!
