My wife went through the drive thru tonight and the order was totally wrong and then to not answer the phone when a customer is attempting to call. Not only was the order not accurate, it contained items not ordered ( partial items). Its always an issue with this restaurant and its a direct reflection of the leadership. We will no longer visit this establishment.
I’m only giving this location three stars because the other employees were nice but there was one short girl in the back who made a slick remark about my order while I was standing there. So long story short I ordered four 2 for $10 combos all with cheese. The cashier forgot to add cheese on two of the combos so when she called it to the attention of the “sandwich maker she says” well they can take it home look in the fridge and get a piece of cheese and add it on there their self. Usually I’m calm and collected but you do not speak to me or anyone else like that. So I said well that’s what you are getting paid for so just remake the sandwich and add cheese and if that is to complicated I will come and do it my self. Of course I said some other stuff but I’ll just say she remade those two sandwiches and when I walked out she was smoking a cigarette outside. I will not visit this location again.
The night time manager is very rude to customers. He was getting loud wit a lady as my 4 year old and we're going in. I had placed a mobile order for drive thru. But while waiting in the drive thru my little had to potty so we pull out and go in. To not be greeted but scolded for not going thru the drive thru for my order I placed. I waited an hour for 1 whopper and 1 small fry.
This BK restaurant is usually quick and accurate in service. One the few occasions there was a problem with my order they've fixed it promptly.Breakfast at BK is usually underrated, which okay its right by a Hardee's and Biscuitville so its in a rough spot for competition. But they're a good choice thanks to being fast and their biscuits stand up favorably to McDonald's. The croissant breakfast sandwiches are unique and sometimes a good change up. All in all a solid choice especially when you're in a hurry.
Floors were sticky, fries were cold. However, if they had been hot, the whoppers would have been good. They had 4 people there trying to get it done. You could tell they were tired and frustrated.Do not reccomend

This is a bad place to eat from horrible service paid 15$ for a whopper meal didn’t even give me the fries or drink

When a customer spends $30+ on food at your restaurant only to get home and realize one item was missing, two items were burnt to the point it was non edible, and another item was falsely advertised and made incorrectly you should listen without interrupting and not be rude about it. It's not our fault your employees don't know what they're doing. Be rude to them. Not like you care bc it doesn't hurt your pocket any, but we won't return.
If you ever want to really good meal from Burger King get a Whopper Jr with no ketchup and no cheese on the burger and get you a order of those cheesy tater tots and when you get to the window tell them that you need ketchup salt and pepper pull to a parking spot open up at fresh Whopper Jr cuz I had to make it fresh because cheese comes on all of them so you get no cheese no ketchup and then add your pepper your salt and your mayonnaise bra it's the bomb.com
