Terrible and I mean terrible customer service. I waited for my food for AT LEAST 10 minutes while a manager (couldn't get her name) just walked around the front of the store on her phone while holding cleaning supplies. This is one location I will not be coming back too. I thought with it being past 11:00 at night service would be faster but I guess I was wrong. Whoever the store manager is REALLY needs to talk to their employees. Would NOT recommend.

Last night in the drive thru our order was taking by someone with a sweet voice it was so heart warming and she was so nice and asked if we wanted meals or just the sandwiches , then as I said thank you leaving the inner com her sweet voice said your welcome , When we got to the second window she greeted me with a smile I glanced at her shirt to catch her name and her name was Cheyenne I was very pleased with her customer service and my order was correct and my food was fresh. Thank you Cheyenne for your sweet kind vibes and excellent service (: we will be back .

Employees are always friendly and the food is always prepared just the way I order it.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had while taking a break to have lunch. I entered the Burger King at 1282 South Boston Road Danville, Virginia and it was very clean. As I walked up to the order my food I was greeted by Stephanie at the register. She was very pleasant, professional and courteous during my request, giving me her full attention. After receiving my meal I continued to watch Stephanie’s interactions with others who came inside. Her customer service was exceptional with each person. I also observed her work ethic as she managed the register and helped out preparing food. She continuously stayed busy making each experience great for each person she was serving and also working with. It’s great when you get a hot burger, but when you get great service with a smile that makes it an even better experience. Don’t stop what your doing Stephanie, because your doing it the right way!

Great customer service. I forgot to say what I wanted on my impossible whopper , nice lady up front told the cook.I guess he didn’t hear her, well so my burger was wrong. I went back to the register and they cooked me a fresh impossible without question. Good crew!!!

Burger King is turning out to be a little tricky to deal with. They ran an especial which was good and brought the price of a whopper to a reasonable level. They called it mix and match, " 2 sandwiches for$6:00. Today they changed the special"excluding the whopper but they did NOT change the sign. I don't know what you would call it, but I think that is dishonest. Not quite on the up and up if you know what I mean.So here goes MR.Burger king, deleting your app and sending you back to your level of priorities.

I am not a fan of BK's food. It was ok. The service was good, and the place was clean.

This location says online that it closes at 12. The lights were on and they said they were closed. Mind you I had to knock on the window to get someone’s attention.The hours should be accurate to insure that your customers aren’t dissatisfied. I just got off work and I just needed a hot meal and no one would even answer at the order box. Seriously please do something about this!

Worst Burger King I've been to. Don't often get fast food but we were hungry and on the road with an hour more of driving. While waiting for our order, a customer came in and said her entire order was not correct. We did not check our order but should have. We also got what we did not order. Kitchen floor was very greasy with employees sliding on it. Manager seemed in a foul mood. A new hire was sloppy with handling the food. Avoid completely.
