I just don't get. How do you run out of chicken ???. It's your main product. I haven't ate there in months . Not because I don't what none, but everytime I go there, there supposedly out of chicken. If you have no chicken How do you open up the next morning???? Unless your order comes everyday there should be no excuses. Who ever is doing the truck order needs to tighten up. And stop trying to close early so you can come home. Do the work first.
Every single time I come here they have no chicken cooked and are extremely rude like it’s my fault they never prep! I actually have to call and place n order 30 min ahead this is absurd it’s supposed to be fast food! Everyone that works there needs a major work review or needs to be replaced!!! They were trying to run customers off so they can go smoke outside the door is right next to the drive thru MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING!!!
I had to wait 15 minutes in line before ordering, I the type of person to ask for freshly cooked order. I order 2 sauasage biscuits and a pinic fry, fries had been sitting in the warmer since I walked in and the lady tried to give them to me, knowing they were cold. I asked for freshly cooked. I got the biscuits that were also sitting in the warmer and returned my whole meal and ask for a freshly cooked order and watch want they did. I might be young but don’t try and fool me.
Went to bojangles at sandy court Danville va at 8 am, food was terrible, ordered a steak biscuit with fries a steak egg and cheese and two senior coffees, the steak biscuit was cold and hard around the edges, fries was cold,returned the fries and they were not hot either.. at this point I said forget it… no more bojangles for me.. so disappointed
Customer service was great. Food was hot and ready. The reason they didn't get 5 stars was because they forgot my FRIES. The nerve of them right?. I'm kidding
Very nasty unclean place spilled soda and dirty food bins seen threw glass window. Someone bit a Little Debbie snack cake and put it in a container... inside right were the food served to the public was ..crumbs and scraps all over each food bin. A huge bacteria festival. Chicken tenders were cold and not done. My husband waited forever for two fish sandwiches.
Awful service. Workers loud and visiting with each other rather than waiting on customers. Man behind me told them he was going to write them up. They said go ahead. One girl said they wouldn't get rid of her, she had been here 26 years. Then she gave me a regular tea instead of the large I was charged for. Gets worse every time I come here.
I ordered chicken supremes not nuggets. If I wanted nuggets I would have went to McDonalds. Next time I will be holding up your drive through until I'm satisfied with my order.
Due to the pandemic, service is a little slow but that's not a knock towards the people that actually show up to work.Food is almost always delicious and Mary who works the dinning room is the sweetest woman! Be sure to stop in just to see her if nothing else!
They get 5 stars for 1 sandwich and 1 sandwich only...Its the Bo's Chicken sandwich...O taste n see that it is goooooddddddd!!! ?
