No, please don't order from here. The order was hard to place first of all. It was hard to hear the cashier take the order. Once we placed the order and confirmed it at the window, it took a while to receive it. When it did come out, it was wrong. It had to be corrected, but it was inconvenient to have to wait for those additional minutes. My recommendation is to go if you have some coupons. Otherwise, choose the 58 east location or another restaurant altogether.
Great menu selection. I recommend the greek gyro and the smokehouse brisket. However, ask them to put the brisket sandwich on their pumpernickel rye bread instead of a bun; that takes it to a whole new level!!!
Well this time I sit there for over an hour in the drive thru stopped to get my daughter some dinner cause she had to b at work at 6 by up there to order and was informed they had no tea that's the 2nd time this week they had no tea I asked y and she tells me that they ain't had time to make any but u gt plenty of time to walk around n play or text on the phone but I don't have time to make any tea. Ok we also stopped there a couple nites ago and after sitting there for at least 10 mins with another car behind me somebody opens the back door n says we r closed but it's nt even 10 so I just lost 2 sells maybe more because u closed earlier than u was supposed to. By the way this the Arbys on Piney Forest Rd. They really need to get it together.
Employees were nice an place was clean an the food was so good.
Arby's is always a step above most fast food restaurants in the quality of its offerings. The crew here is also really dedicated to good service.
Ordered through Grub Hub…when it arrived there was no sauce of any kind. No Au Jus sauce for the French Dip, no cheese sauce that we paid extra for and no small drink that was supposed to come with our combo. When I questioned the Grub Hub driver he said, “I asked them and they said no it didn’t come with a drink”.
Need to start having more items ready for custmers before they order. Service was slow.

The service was pretty good, a little slow, but several of the employees made the experience still very good. The fries were a little cold, but the sandwich was perfect. All in all, not too bad.
