After 5 years of not going to this Arby's I figured it would be different. Nope. Same service. When you wait 5 minutes for them to put phones down and take your order. But what was worse than that is when the girl says "oh my god,, I gotta make all that?". Yep. Getting paid to work is a thing. Dont worry. I give up on Arby's. Just left there. 5/30/22 4pm
Supposed to be open 24 hrs but always has the trash can blocking the drive through. Go inside just to be told they are closed and it’s 12 am! 24 hrs???? Where is anyone supposed to eat on this side of town that works 3rd shift?!?! This happens multiply times a month.????
Just ok,should spend more time getting ingredients on the bun,instead of just in the wrapper
Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a smokehouse brisket and it was so dry, it was borderline Jerkey. The Mac and cheese is terrible. Sliders are so cold they're unedible. My wife got a French dip and the au jus is dark water. Do not eat here unless you want your family to be disappointed and you lose out on money.This is located inside Pilot.

Wrong order and charged $.69 for a 1oz cup of red ranch sauce. Second visit and each time my order has been incorrect. I will not return to this location in the future.
Yes it’s as simple as missing my order of fries. But it’s late and not busy at all. That’s unacceptable. Let alone EVERYTHING IS COLD & taste like it was made in old grease !!! I have called your store phone 4 times with no answer. I had to contact Pilot to even get in contact with an employee from Arbys !
Hours say they are 24hrs and are listed as serving breakfast, but they don't open til 9am and DONT serve breakfast. Wasted a drive to get some Arby's breakfast
I love Arby's, but I would recommend skipping this location. Slow service. Not very clean. Items not included in order. No sauces available. Had to wait in line to get napkins because they were not included in the bag.
Stood at the front of the line for 5 minutes, the ladies looked at me, ignored me and apparently did not want to take our order. Terrible service, I get things can get busy...however to ignore customers outright is not acceptable.
