6 people working, slowest service I’ve ever had! The woman on the register did not know how to work it, rang my order wrong, then had to wait for a manager to reset it so she could take my correct order which consisted of a JBC and medium fries. Does that two item order really take 14 minutes to fill? Absolutely horrible service. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but please be warned!
Came at 9:40pm. Waited forever to get thru the drive thru line. Once I got up to order, no one would answer me. So I drove up to the window. The people in front got there food. Once I got up to the window I was told they are closed. I asked what time they close and they said 10pm. It's still 9:55. She FINALLY takes my order. I can hear the cook calling me a liar and that I didn't Wait that long. Extremely rude so I said something back. To which he told her to shut the drive thru window door. They already took my money and I've been waiting here for another 15mins with no one coming to give me the food. I wouldn't waste your time here. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Selecting who they serve too. Such a shame.

At drive thru worker dropped my money but came out and attempted to help find my money. With no luck I had to leave but called back to speak to a manager. The manager was rude called me a liar and said no one tried to help me. I described the worker but she would not listen to me.I filed a complaint with the BBB and to date they have not responded and have several unresolved complaints against them with the BBB. Bottom line I lost $20 which was not my fault and was called a liar when I tried to rectify the situation.Will not ever return to this Wendy's at southpark Blvd. In colonial heights.
Rude staff. The genuine careless nature of the employees earned a 3 star review. The food was good. The service was awful. Despite being a sunday morning with only 2 cars in drive thru, wait times were horrible. I received my bag and realized a sandwich was missing. I pulled back through (the lobby was closed) and let them know through the speaker. I pulled up to the window and told a manager what was wrong as well as show the charge on my receipt. They didn't really talk to me, just sighed and left the window. A moment later, the sandwich was given to me silently (by another employee) and I went on my way. No apologies for the missed item, and no acknowledgment of messing up. It felt* like I was unwelcome despite their error being the reason I had come back in the first place. 3 stars because I liked the food, and it was hot. Lost 2 stars for rudeness and wait time.
Staff is friendly, but on a 30-minute lunch break, waiting 10 minutes to order and another 10-20 minutes to actually receive food is not an appropriate use of my limited time.Everyone is short-staffed right now, I get it. However, if I can’t make it through the line in a decent amount of time then I will have to eat elsewhere, even if Wendy’s happens to be what I really want.Update: I entered the drive-thru lane at 1:53pm, and left the pickup window at 2:17… leaving 6 minutes to eat and get back to work. Also, my Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe was missing the “deluxe lettuce and tomato”. ?
Ate inside with a group of 14. This Wendy's is very fast even with a busy drive-thru. All food was hot and the restaurant was clean. Bathrooms appear to be used a lot. All fixtures are touchless, and there was no paper litter in the sink area.Will probably be back here next time we're in the area
This Wendy's has the best food in the Tri-Cities area! Always hot and fresh. I'll pass by 3 Wendy's to get food from here.
I would give a better review if the cashier today ATQ whatever my receipt say. Looked me up and down she wasn't pleasant all I wanted was my two mobile orders so I can go home and chill b
Honestly this is the best and fastest Wendy's I've been to since moving to VA 2 years ago. They just remodeled the inside and maybe they remodeled the employees too. Either way I'm here for it!
