Worst experience at a Wendy's ever. I went at 1 pm on a Sunday and had a mobile order for in store pickup, but the doors were locked. A sign on the door said the lobby should be open, I called the restaurant, as the line was at least six cars long. Was told the lobby is closed, I politely asked about the sign saying it should be open and was rudely told sir and then hung up on. Not sure what the how this place operates with non standard hours, wouldn't take the risk of going there. Go to one on Colonial Heights by Target and Best Buy for better service.
The Wendy's in Colonial Heights, Va off the Boulevard is horrible! I spent 33.01 for cold food thru the drive thru on the afternoon of April 1st, last Friday! Twice I left messages with this restaurant with no answer, no return call. Wendy's apparently don't want your feedback either. Their customer service number is a joke, I was on hold for 32 minutes, they never answered! Called again same deal, they're a sick joke!
I ordered a Coke and got Cherry Coke, or that's what it tasted like. I asked for Hot Fresh Fries, cause all my visit's to Wendy's I get fries that have been sitting under the heat light, well I did not get Fresh Hot Fries AT ALL!, just got the ones that were under the heat light. Very disappointed and that probably No will be my last visit there.
Usually have no problems with my special order (plain, no cheese!!) at this Colonial Hts location..not superfast, but definitely on the ball
Food was okay but not too bad in a pinch if you need something quick. Kids love the stickers in the kids meals though.
(2/3/22 around 930 pm)Ordered my mobile order and was promptly served. I had plenty of modifications in my order but it was correct. Young lady working the drive thru was pleasant also. and most of the food was hit except for the nuggets but those re heat easily. The location on Williamsburg road could learn a thing or two from you guys!
They move slower than a sloth. It's sad and their customer service is trash. I don't even bother going here anymore. If you're hungry and dying for Wendy's go to the one off of Southpark boulevard.
It was good and the workers were very transparent about the drink machine being down. I will definitely be back next time i need a quick meal
I always preface these reviews by saying that I really like the food at Wendy's. But whether I'm at home or visiting family for the holidays, if someone is going to make my order wrong, it's going to happen at a Wendy's.Now to be completely fair, problems like ordering a #1 Double Combo and getting a #1 Single Combo wouldn't happen if two different hamburgers had two different order numbers, the way they should. With that said, when the receipt says that I ordered a Double Combo and was charged for a Double Combo, it shouldn't be too much to ask to actually get a Double Combo. As usual, I will change my rating back the next time I have a positive experience with this location.
This has to be the worst service that I’ve ever received anywhere. First we pulled up and they were only accepting cash. So we paid cash. They passed us one bag and it wasn’t the correct order. We gave it back and the shift lead/manager asked us to pull up all while fussing at her workers. She said that she would fix our food. Well we waited for about 20/25 minutes and we still didn’t receive any food. All of the workers sat down in the lobby eating, talking and laughing all while we didn’t have our food. My husband had to knock on the door and then everybody looking crazy. And on top of that the workers had the nerve to ask what was our order? Are you serious? I really wish I could give this zero stars. This location is so ghetto and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get anything from here. We got our refund. Never again. Horrible customer service!
