Food was ok.. definitely was not worth the 37 minute wait. Especially considering I only got a sushi roll and steamed dumplings.Probably wouldn’t come back, just had a last minute taste for sushi and I was in the area.
Ordered by phone, was told 40 mins to pickup. Got there about 50 mins after order since I had read it was slow. Had to wait another 20 mins before it was ready. Then food wasn't that good. Really wanted to give this location a fair try but was disappointed. Would not order again without some major changes.
Scallops were over cooked and has way too much brown sauce. Not the best yum yum sauce but you get a ton. No carrots on vegetables so only broccoli. Not a long wait for dine in. Everything seems clean. Good just wasn’t good though and the salad only gives you lettuce. I won’t return
They have good food and fair portions for the price but oh my god! they are so slow! They are extremely consistent as well, always plan on 45 minutes more than they tell you. They usually say 40 minutes and I always call it in but have never gotten the food before and hour and a half. Everyone standing around inside waiting look like they are about to go postal because of the wait times for food. I would recommend the food but make sure you call it in extra extra early.
Absolutely love this place!! My family has been eating here at least once a week since may when we discovered Tokyo. They have the best teriyaki sauce and the yum yum sauce is the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend. Also, the staff is so friendly and kind and work really hard! Will be a forever costumer.
This place is SUPER slow... I ordered my food at the counter and it took 45 minutes to get my food. They were not even very busy, and my order was simple. Best to order before you come and take your time getting here
I get the same thing from this restaurant - hibachi shrimp and filet and it is always phenomenal. I LOVE the freshness of the food and the price is good. I can get a meal for two for under $25. I try to go once week and I always have enough for two days. Great value and great food!
3 stars because the food is good. Only 3 star because the service is terribly slow. Like unbelievable slow.
All the flavor of a Japanese steakhouse, at a reasonable price! I got Shogun 1, filled, chicken and shrimp. Great value for the cost!
Trash. Not Hibachi. SLOOOOOWWWW service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
