Went today to the restaurant & was a complete disappointment. After 45 minutes, the food came and what I ordered that was half rack of ribs w/baked potato, they came cold in a hot plate. I let the server know so after 15minutes she brought another plate with my order of half ribs & baked potato. Again the ribs were cold and don’t seem cooked enough. Complained to the Manager, was offered another kind of plate that I denied, lost my appetite completely. I was given a ticket for dinner for two for another occasion but after today I don’t think I will go back.

Our waiter was great. Food was delicious.

Ordered to-go a $12 grilled chicken salad without crotons received a plain salad with no bacon or chicken & guess what it had crotons! Ordered rolls got a bag full but NO butter LOL. Husband ordered a loaded baked potato received a plain one. What a disappointment! ?

Free public parkingFamily friendly and group friendlyThey accept card and cashPublic restroom availablePrice  (??)Awesome atmosphereFull barA major franchise located across the Country. Texas Road House is a definite favorite for me. Always busy, this place will satisfy your cravings for steak no matter what time of day. They offer a good selection of beer and adult beverages. An area good for groups and colleagues. A lot of selections to choice from. Not too friendly for non-meat eaters. Overall a friendly experience. Although issue is, menus are a bit greasy and sticky.

Service was good, food was delicious. The floor was dirty. They were out of ribs, sweet potatoes and a few other items. We were told that every Sunday they are out of a lot of food items. If you order a medium well steak it will come out medium rare. We sent it back and it was still not cooked long enough. We were told that the steaks never come out how you order it unless you order it well done.... The cooks need to learn how to cook a steak properly especially since you're a steak house. So now we know not to come on a Sunday because y'all will always be out of certain food. That really needs to be addressed. Every once in awhile is understandable but every week is extremely frustrating to your servers that have to hear the customers complain and get grumpy. Which also means some people will tip less.

Very busy. Some of our meals had to be returned they were not the greatest. Overall it was ok. We just had to ask for silverware to eat with. Plates to eat our appetizer and hot rolls with. Some of the food we ordered was not good at all. To be specific the country fried steak was awful. I feel they could have done better...

Great service, friendly staff and the food was DELICIOUS ? I had the bacon cheeseburger. The fried pickles are yummy! I also tasted the steaks and salad. It was all delicious. Can't think of a single thing that could've been better. ?????

I'll give this restaurant a goal of trying to succeed during the Saturday night rush. I was at a bar seat which gave me an interesting view into the workings of the restaurant. Positive side - The bar service was great. The two slinging drinks started great and ended well. I was offered a drink promptly, every request from water to ready for order were heeded as promptly as possible. Other members of staff may need a bit more training on health and safety though. I witnessed a waitress use her fingers to fish maraschino cherries out by hand, lick her fingers, and continue service to the table. I get it takes time to wash hands or find a spoon, but come on. Finally, I get I ordered fish at a steak place and it's not city center, but it was very overcooked for salmon.

Our server was awesome and the food was delicious. My steak salad was great and filling paired with the sweet potato was a good touch of sweetness. Try it out!

This was a great experience. The smell when pulling-up was delicious...lol. I was hoping the food would match the smell. It did!I always order the same thing from any steak place I go to (if possible). Generally, it is the rib-eye flamed cooked 20oz. Outback, Longhorn and Roadhouse all have a version of sorts of this. I have tried them all. I must admit that Roadhouse's was particularly tasty. Tender and moist, It was cooked the way I ordered it. Curb-side was fast. I pulled up, said I am here and with-in 5 minutes I had my order and it was correct!. My wife really loved the ribs, she was satisfied. The portions we received met the expectations we had for what we paid over $70.00 (we always get a little something for the kids too) This was a very good meal. Enough so, that I think I may dine-in next time and even order a different cut of steak. I had no issues with the food or the service. Well done!
