In the drive thru, I requested for a #8 regular. Employee asked regular or supreme, I said regular. She then asked again if I wanted regular or supreme, I repeated regular. I was then charged for and given a supreme when explicitly not requested, even after asked for clarification. Like, seriously? Waste of food and waste of time -- saving grace was that they gave me the wrong food quickly, I guess.
They asked me if I wanted sauce and still didn't put it in the bag. Had to eat a dry taco. ?
Owner needs to ask employees why they are closing drive Thru 45mins early I personally seen this happen twice in one week.. next time I'll video record the per recorded message from drive thru. And the worthless workers that are working when message is played in drive thru..
I came here for the first time for cinco de Mayo and I was highly disappointed. I thought they would have been more classy but no! I’m only giving two stars because I enjoyed the cinabon delights.
Stopped here to grab a breakfast with my daughter and the lobby was closed. On the door it stated that they open up at 10 AM however this location sometimes has short staff and the lobby will be closed and you can only order through the drive-through. The Taco Bell employee was nice enough to open the doors for my daughter and I So we could use the restroom and place an order. This location has a large diamond section and on some of the larger tables electrical outlets are available. They also have a super fast check out kiosk inside.
Out of sweet tea, fryer was broken so they couldn't make chalupas. Very slow service. Was not impressed last night at the taco bell by Sonic.
Don’t like the fact that if I go into the drive thru I can’t get out. They trap you. Not cool. And you can’t go inside. Door was locked.
Might give it more stars if I could have went in. There was no sign on the door saying the lobby was closed. Me and my wife walked from our hotel around 445pm to get food just to find out it is drive thru only. My question is how you going to have an apply inside on the door but you can't get in if you wanted to apply. Going off others reviews it is probably for the best we didn't eat here. Bring back the Steak N Shake.
Worst tacu bell i ever been to its like they don't wanna work u was there at 11pm it says they close at 1am yet its like they are closed already.thwy want 15 an hour and they don't work thier hours.I will never come here again.
When they make it right it's on point. Miss their taco salad, encharito, and old school chili and cheese burrito. Would be five ⭐'s if they would be sure to count the order contents and make sure to make it right and not leave ingredients I have paid extra for!
