I arrived here around 7:15 pm to pick up an online order through the drive-thru there was a bit of a wait, but nothing out of the norm. I was told to go up front and wait for my order around 7:35pm it wasn’t until 8:05pm that my order was brought out. It was missing 45% of the order so I went to return it. Then at 8:22 the manager came out and said he was going to remake the whole order. It is now 8:39 and I am still waiting, if I hadn’t already paid I would have been long gone. The dine in area is also closed so I am stuck waiting out in my car until they get it together. I would definitely not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone and will advise them to steer clear so they won’t spend close to 2 hours at a Taco Bell.
This has been the second time I a week where my order has been wrong. I asked for no cheese or sauce, just a bean and rice burrito. But every time they put cheese on it, even after going back through the drive through. They also seem to not have half of the menu items available.
The worst Taco Bell in the area by far. I like to come here because they have pizza, but its honestly not worth it. Every time ive been through the drive thru within the last year or so, the workers are clearly aggravated by the fact that they even have a job. 90% of the time they forget something i ordered or screw up what i did order.One time i went through with my mother and we got about $25 worth of food. The young man working was very annoyed with my moms voice and was literally yelling at her and you could hear him groaning loudly just because we ordered alot of stuff. I was so mad at how disrespectful he was so i yelled back at him that i was gonna go off on him but only didn't because my mom was thereAnother time i ordered a combo and they handed me the bag, then i waited for about 30 seconds and the girl opened the window back up and told me to leave. I asked nicely for my drink and she smacked her lips and glared at me while giving it to me finally. Im soooo sorry i wanted the drink that i paid for!!
Ordered a chicken quesadilla and a burrito Supreme in the drive through. The girl taking my order was impossible to understand, rude, and did I say rude? She was rude. When I picked up my order at the window the ONLY thing she did to me was my total. I spoke to her, even asked how she was and she just looked at me. My food was hot but there was almost no filing in either item. The burrito was all tortilla and there was almost no lettuce on it. I guess when you get paid by the hour customer service means nothing because you'll get paid no matter what. I'll never go back. It would be nice if companies taught decent customer service and required it from their employees.
Ordered through Doordash... For whatever reason i never get exactly what i order. And lets not even speak on condiments thst i never receive.. No napkins or straws. This place is a joke & needs to close down ASAP
Didn't have as much of a selection as other Taco bells. A $5 box was $6.99. Food quality seem to lower than other Taco bells I usually go to
I wasn't too upset that I had to order my pickup with drive through because the inside is being renovated, even though the line is ALWAYS so long and that's why I order on the app but what made me upset is the lady at the window acted like she just hated life and when I said hey hunny how's you night going she just huffed at me and closed the window like I was an inconvenience.Then she disappeared!They guy (I guess who made my food) came and dropped it off but she didn't come back so he came back to the window and handed it to me.I got all the way home and I realized there were absolutely no sauses in the box for the kiddos and had to go all the way back, wait in line AGAIN, and ask for my sauses.Ofc the lady huffed at me tossed a few sauses in a bag and handed them to me.Then to make matters worse half of my hard tacos from my box didn't even have sour cream in them...Like what did I pay for then?! To be huffed at, waste more gas and over charged..... ?
Fire the general manager. Terrible customer service. No one said a single word to me. Just handed me the card and food. Too much money spent on your commercial repping the illuminati and not on retaining quality managers who can motivate people to not hate their jobs
