The lady who made my sandwich was rude and the chicken tasted spoiled.
Super slow service. We walked out. Poor lady up front working like crazy while her helper stocked cooler. We stood there 10 minutes while she fills to go orders and left us hanging and he stocked cooler. Not cool.
Went in to this location today. The gentleman that helped me today was nice. The lady, that i suppose is the manager, was nothing but rude. She had zero customer service abilities. She sat there and chastized the man that was helping me, correcting me while he was preparing my order, and continued while i sat there eating my meal, and as i was getting up to leave. The floors had food on it. Just definitely not a good, but the other Subway in town is no better. Looks like i will only be going to the one on Fort Lee.

I just went to get a cold cut combo sandwich at this location one of the employees was throwing mozzarella cheese up in the air trying to catch it with his mouth some of the cheese came out from his mouth in got back in to the container. I got upset I told him that he is supposed to do that and he replied that what would I care because is not the cheese I ordered any ways. I said that it doesn’t matter that can’t be doings that he kept eating in front of the line. I asked to speak-to the manager another employee said that don’t give out managers numbers and theres no manager on site.Very upset about it.Tried to give a discount wich I refused and said it I wasn’t looking for discounts. To bad I can’t do 0 stars
Was about to eat there until i saw a group of guys standing around talking with no masks on. One of them being a worker talking over the food not going there again
Cold food rude service no mask preparing food will never go there again
They gave me great customer service and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it.
