I walked in, greeted the lady working. Said please and thank you for every item I asked for to be placed on my sub. We get to the Parmesan cheese, so.... she put the same amount of cheese on that sandwich as if it was salt on a diabetic person's food. There's more cheese powerd on the floor than my sub. I asked her for more and then... (it's only for meatball subs) no, I want it on my sub, that's what you get! She's said. (You're lucky I was in uniform or that sub would have stayed yours) never will I eat here again. Go get a sub the way you want it, and not by a bitter old woman with no form of personal skills or customer service. It was Parmesan cheese. I didn't ask for a pound of free bacon.
The food is amazing but the lady working today had the worst attitude ever would get upset everytime some one new walked in to order food u could tell she was not happy working their i understand everyone has bad days but she definitely made me not want to come back to this subway ..she was sloppy with putting the subs together ...

Worst Subway experience of my life. The staff making my sandwich was not wearing her mask at all and BURPED onto my sub, and didn't even act like that was a bad thing and continued making the sub.
