Love Starbucks but this colonial heights location in va is the absolute worse when it comes to time. The mobile app will always give you inaccurate ready times & you will wait in-store even longer. If a privileged person complains, their order will be put first as if we all hadn't been waiting an extended wait time. This location needs help & they need to learn how to prioritize the orders.
Nice Starbucks store. Couple of tables outside and large seating area inside. Clean store and friendly staff. Very busy with drive thru and also inside ordering.
This is hands down the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. They have six people working but yet it still takes 20 minutes to receive your order. Watching them work is like watching paint dry.
Went to go Starbucks to night at 6:43pm 02/07/2022 and the Girl on the window was short and had attitude and should not be on window if she is gonna be rude. This Girl needs to be retrained or needs to get better customer service skills. Was a little up set bcause they had no almond milk , they should let people know what they are out of before ordering. I generally have a good experice when coming to this store. Will be think about if i want to come back or not.
Starbucks makes good coffee but it's more sugars and sweeteners than anything. You should let your Barista know to do half pumps if you're watching sugars, or additives of any kind. These will cause mood swings and energy crashes.Their food menu is good, but you're better off getting a better valued meal/snack somewhere else for the price and walking off the calories during the day xD.
Beans are always over roasted for my taste but decent frappes
I LOVE Starbucks but unfortunately not this location. Service is regularly extremely slow and is actually the slowest service I've experienced at a Starbucks (and I frequent locations throughout the USA almost daily). During one attempted visit, a team member warned me that they were 30min behind before I even ordered, so I left.On my most recent visit, I ordered a frappe and a croissant and ended up requesting that my croissant be re made/warmed due to my beverage not being ready almost 25min later. Yes! 25min for a basic frappe. Also, I saw an associate use her bare hands to remove egg from a breakfast sandwich before heating it for a customer. Not certain if this is normal protocol for food handling at Starbucks, but I was quite disappointed- especially during COVID times.After my past several visits being such a long wait, I finally decided to reach out to Customer Care to share my experience in hopes that customers in this area eventually receive a better Starbucks experience. For now, it seems customers should plan to wait a minimum of 20-25min for their order.
Quick inside service. Please insure that promoted items are in supply at your locations. 2 of 3 items were not available. Baristta said they run out regularly. Also, are the staff briefed on what items are being promoted?
Good experience, we came late in the evening on a road trip, but were met with very friendly and quick service.
