PLEASE READ MY REVIEW AND DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. Go somewhere else!!! This location should be shut down. The employees here don’t care at all and neither does the manager. Tables weren’t clean. The food was so terrible!! This location doesn’t cook the food properly. The crab, shrimp, and salmon was bland and flavorless. We had to ask for biscuits. My family and I have been to other Red Lobster locations before so I know it is not supposed to taste like that. Our waiter was waiting 3 other tables so she took forever to get back with us each time. Not a great experience for date night. We will never come back to this location.
The service was good. My waitress was polite and courteous. However, my food was not to my liking considering I was the first customer for the day.
Food was delicious got the Seafarers Feast
The service was great, I just wasn't super thrilled with my food. The salad was all stems, I got the all you can eat shrimp and while the flavor was good, I kept pulling pieces of tail out of my mouth that was stuck to the edible part of the shrimp, seemingly from the shrimp being tossed or shaken with the seasoning. Also, there was a host that was walking around asking if we needed anything, which is great, but when I requested another batch of shrimp, they said, "I can't do that, you have to ask your waitress" but didn't offer to get my waitress, and my waitress came around about 5 minutes later.
If I could give zero star I would. We arrived at Red Lobster and being there were only 5 cars in parking lot thought we were lucky. When we walked in we were told it was a 15 minute wait. The Lobster tank was filthy with green algae and the floor wasn't much better. The Hostess was very nice. We were finally seated. A table was seated beside of us 5 minutes later. The waitress brought their drinks, took their order and brought their food all within 20 minutes. During this time she would not respond when we tried to get her attention ? we went to the front of the restaurant and spoke to a lady about what happened and her response was I'm not the manager. The manager finally came and seemed upset with me and my husband for complaining. She said "Your waitress went home. I'm sorry." and proceeded to take an order outside. What has happened to this restaurant????
I was reminded why I don't eat at Red Lobster. They were out of fish (all fish), out of chicken, out of lobster. I'm not sure why we stayed at that point. The empty parking lot should have been a sign. My calamari was soggy. It wasn't hot when I got it so I know it wasn't right out of the fryer. My friend got surf and turf. Our bill was outrageous. With tip $75. So not worth it! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
food was nasty. my girl salad was old and the biscuits were hard and overcooked
Service was terrible, took forever to get drinks, waitress checked on us twice, had to find someone for clean silverware because the ones they gave had old crusted food on them it was very obvious how dirty it was, took forever on the food because of lobster instead of explaining that to us waited 45 mins just say something, then a very dismissive manager came by he must have had something more important to do then apologize to a customer. Then finally get the food at this point I'm tired I'm starving I just wanna eat and get the heck out there. Very underwhelming food, listen not trying to sound like a picky eater but been coming to red lobster all over this country for over 20yrs they make some great food. This place tasted like a run down restaurant dinner, no care. I pray they get better.
The food was gross.. very greasy. We waited 45 mins to be seated in a empty restaurant. The service was terrible. We waited 30 mins just for our drinks and that was only because a waiter asked us if we needed anything else. Appetizer came after our meals and it was soggy and Luke warm. Never again. The store was gross. It smelt greasy and service and food was terrible . Manager was just walking around outside. Restaurants aren't like they used to be.
I really enjoyed my dinner. What really amazed me was how friendly and down to earth the Manger was that day. I wish I could remember his name but I do remember his face. He came in the dinning area and greeted all the guests table by table introducing himself and asking everyone how was their meals, that made me feel welcomed and comfortable. It also shows that he loves his profession and care about the customers. If that's the kind of treatment that you received from this location I know that I would be coming back. Thank You for your generosity. Very pleased!!
