I will never order from them ever again. I understand that they are short handed but the rudeness I don't understand that. My pizza took almost 2 hrs to get to me. I didn't get everything and that is OK cause it was just ranch and that just $0.70. But I don't like the so call manager acting like they care. The rudeness that I got from the manager today and the person I talked to last night. That was not called for. They act like it my fault that people don't want to work their. Telling me well we don't have enough people to work here. And the so call manager said they will refund me my money. But how you going to do that when you don't have my info like my name, number, address, email or card number. You didn't even ask for any of that. So I will never order from Pizza Hut ever again.
Both of my daughters had pretty major surgery so whenever they say they want a particular food, I go get it. When my youngest daughter said she wanted Pizza Hut pizza I ordered it. She wanted a personal pan pizza and I did not receive that. Instead I received a round pizza and the crust was not flavorful. The pizza was picked up during the allotted time and it was cold and had the appearance of a sad frozen pizza. The pizza had little toppings on it. I am disappointed as we are frequent customers but given the situation I would have liked the pizza to be good quality so my daughter could/would eat it.
There food is always good when you can get it. Which isn’t often. Despite always being able to order online 2/3 times they’ll call you to tell you they don’t have a driver. If you’re lucky enough to have a driver it takes much longer than anticipated to get to you. I’m aware it’s a very first world problem to complain about a delivery service but why offer the service if you are unable to provide it 70% of the time.
Ordered online. Got to the store at 5 pm and the door was locked so I went to the drive thru and there was a car in front of me. Waited 15 minutes and the car drove away. I pulled up to the window and noone even came to the window. I waited 15 more minutes before I started yelling into the window. The guy came to the window and said "All of my orders are coming out of the oven. Just beat with me" as if I wasn't already waiting for 30 minutes. 15 minutes later he finally brings me my order. I ordered at 430. That is an hour and a half in total that they took to make the order. I will never order from here again.
Placed an order at 5:40 for pickup at 6:30. Arrived at 6:30, sat at the window for 15 minutes before someone even came to the window. (By then 3 other cars behind me) Gave my name, and there was no food made. Asked me to pull around and wait and I asked for a refund. Will not be going back to this location.
Did a online order at 9:31pm I called them at 10:17pm asking if my order was ready and they talking about some “we are making it now”…. Doesn’t make any sense . They had 46 minutes to make 1 large pizza and as soon as I call them they tell me they are making it now as I’m on the phone with them ?? … the point of an online order is to not wait …’if i wanted to wait this long I would have went inside and ordered . I called again at 10:47pm they said give us 7 more minutes . 10:54 pm waiting for a pizza. RIDICULOUS !!!!
This is absolutely ridiculous. What a ridiculous set-up for a drive through. Not taking orders at the window and making people call the store while they're already talking to you. These are the most incompetent employees ever. Seriously never coming back.
Put extra sauce on the pizza like I ordered it. Have the pizza ready when the email said it would be. Stop giving cold sauce with breadsticks
